My husband bought me a bracelet for my 75th birthday and one of the toggles came off it and couldn`t be repaired and was out of warranty.I spoke with Kirsty from customer services who went above and beyond to help me, suggested we turn it into a necklace as it was of sentimental value .I am over the moon with the necklace so I bought a new bracelet to match.

I have a lot of Kit Heath jewellery and love it. I had a bracelet as a birthday present in 2024 so had no receipt or date of purchase.
At Christmas I noticed the clasp had broken so contacted Kit Heath to see if they could help.
Had an email from Kristy with a returns label to send the bracelet back to them for them to look at.
Within 2 days I had a brand new bracelet sent to me.
Amazing quick and efficient customer service.

I was gifted a beautiful pair of earrings as a present. One of the earrings broke (totally my fault). The earrings were of great sentimental value to me. On contacting Kit Heath i spoke to Kristy who was exceptionally professional, helpful, lovely, caring and empathetic to my situation. The earrings were fixed, free of charge. I recently contacted the customer services department at Kit Heath to ask for a replacement earring after loosing one from a pair. I had a wonderful experience talking with Kristy and she quickly found a solution and sent a replacement earring out to me within a week of my first enquiry. I contacted KIT HEATH customer service after a pair of earrings I had bought for my granddaughter for Christmas unfortunately broke due to a small fault. From the moment I got in touch, the experience was outstanding.
The customer service representative I first spoke to was incredibly professional, friendly, and understanding. She immediately offered to replace the earrings, and the entire process was simple, smooth, and very efficient.
A huge thank you to Charlotte and Kristy, who handled everything with such care and professionalism. Their friendly and helpful approach made the whole situation stress-free. The replacement earrings arrived quickly and without any issues, and my granddaughter is absolutely delighted with them.
I’m very impressed with both the quality of service and the way KIT HEATH stands behind their products. I would definitely recommend them and will happily shop with them again in the future.

I've long loved Kit Heath jewellery, and my husband knows it's a favourite brand. My lovely Mum bought me a pair of their earrings for my 50th birthday, and they quickly became favourites, my 'special' earrings. Even more so after Mum died last year. They came with my on a trip to celebrate my husband's 'significant' birthday this year, but tragedy struck! One of the earrings went missing in our apartment. The family was deployed to find it - to no avail. I contacted Kit Heath, wondering if there was any chance they could sell me just one to replace it. Well, I've been blown away by their customer service. After looking at photographs, they thought they had a match, but asked me to send (securely) the original so they could be sure. Lo and behold, within a day, they confirmed they had one, and had returned both to me. Yes, there was a cost (a minimal cost) but what touched me was the care they took, and a lovely, handwritten card that arrived with the replacement. They understood how much this meant to me, and acted accordingly. Thank you.

Kit Heath jewellery is more than great, it's excellent. The customer service is impeccable. I emailed explaining that I had a problem with a beautiful bracelet I had for my 40th. I was responded to the next day. I sent a picture over and then was asked if I could send it to them. They provided different options to free post to them. It was reviewed and agreed I would receive a new bracelet in place of the original. This was back with me within a week, with a hand written card.
Amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous jewellery, I have a few pieces and they are always admired. I always look forward to seeing new pieces.
