The service I received from Kit Heath was fantastic.I couldn’t use the earrings as the wires were too thick, I spoke to KH and explained my situation. They sent me a returns label to send earrings back, this I did they replaced the wires with a thinner version. They are now back with me and are perfect.

Fantastic company! Bought bracelet for my daughter's 18th and unfortunately a small part of it broke. I contacted Kit Heath and a return was arranged very speedily for them to look at it. They agreed it could not be repaired and sent a replacement really quickly. The bracelet is lovely and the customer service was so impressive. Lots of other companies could take note!

I recently received a gift of earrings but unfortunately the hook wire was a little too thick for my ears and caused discomfort.
I rang and spoke to both Hayley and Kristy who dealt with the problem very quickly. I returned the earrings to Kit Heath who changed the wire for a thinner one which solved the problem and now I can enjoy wearing them in comfort.

I was looking for a certain necklace and wanted special engraving for Mothers Day, I called and reached a lovely lady called Charlotte who went above and beyond to help me to ensure the engraving was correct, she also went the extra mile to ensure it arrived in time.

I contacted Kirsty to say the clasp on my earring wasn't closing properly. I was sent a label and how to have my package collected by Royal Mail - free of charge.
Collected Monday 3rd March and replacement earring arrived Wednesday 12th March, by Royal mail. Kirsty kept me informed at every step. many thanks to her for her help and efficacy.

Recently my wife had a problem with her necklace that I purchased for her birthday just over 1 year ago. The toggle fastening which allows for the necklace to be worn either close to the neck or as a long-line necklace was not working and could be only worn long. I contacted Kit Heath directly as local jewellers were not helpful. The communication and assistance I received from all the personnel at Kit Heath were outstanding. I returned the necklace to them, at no cost to myself, and as it was not able to be repaired was sent a new necklace which my wife was delighted with.

Wrong necklace ordered in error. I contacted Customer Service and spoke to Jessica who was friendly and so helpful in arranging replacement. I was then kept updated by email with Kristy. I was so impressed with the level of care given to me by the team. Honestly they are a credit to Kit Heath brand, their service was the benchmark of excellence. I recently managed to break the chain on a pendant necklace that I had been gifted 10 years previously.
I contacted Kit Heath and received a very prompt reply from Kristy requesting me to return the necklace and they would try to match the chain and let me know the costs.
Kristy emailed me to say they had matched the chain including a photo, at a nominal cost which I was very happy with, the PayPal link was sent for me to pay and my necklace was returned promptly.

I took a Kit Heath pebble necklace to a local jeweller who is a Kit Heath retailer for repair. The jeweller went into administration and I was unable to recover the necklace. I contacted Kit Heath to see if the necklace had been returned to them. It had not but they replaced it immediately. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service and many thanks to Sophie for her help.

My husband bought me a beautiful necklace and earrings set for my 60th birthday but after a few months and only a few wears one earring broke resulting in me losing it. I was devastated. I contacted Kit Heath direct and under the 2 year warranty who very kindly replaced them for me (after showing proof of purchase). They responded on every occasion promptly and compassionately, i would love more of their jewellery and their first class customer service has secured my custom for many years to come. I dealt with Kirsty and Charlotte. They were outstanding, it makes such a change these days to get prompt responses and for a company to value its customers and do the right thing.
