No delivery after more than 2 months

Ordered several items on June 14, 2024 -- more than two months later, no delivery. No updates from the company. A month ago, I reached out to customer service - they said they only had 1 item in stock and were waiting for the other two. No updates. I emailed them today again asking for an update. Auto generated response. I'm afraid the money I paid may be a total loss.

Something is wrong now

I was a happy customer for 2 years. Great quality, worth the price. On june 3rd I ordered for about 600$. I haven't received anything more than 2 month later. I cancelled one of the items still processing about 4 weeks ago and still haven't got a refund. Customer service just seems to send auto generated memessages. The items are still being shown as processed or in transit in my profile. I have definitely lost all trust and think my money is gone.

Did not receive order or response

Ordered a couple of items last year which arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the items were great.

However, over a month ago, I ordered approximately $300 worth of items which I have not received. Expected delivery was posted as July 11-17. Order status is posted as: Provider Fulfilment.

I contacted the company and still have not heard back. I have now requested a full refund. Waiting to see if this happens. Disappointed.

Hasn't refunded me for $250+ order after 35+ days since order cancellation confirmation

I placed an order on Kooding.com. After two weeks, I cancelled because items still showed as processing. Would have been perfectly fine if they refunded me within a reasonable period. However:

I got an order cancellation confirmation email and when I reached out to customer service the next week, they told me my refund will be processed that week. Well, it has been over 25 days since their email (and over 35 days since their order cancellation confirmation email). No refund.

I emailed customer service a week ago to let them know I opened a dispute with my credit card issuer. No response or refund still.

Absolutely appalling and I am so irritated to now have to track this dispute. Recommend you stay far away from Kooding.

Beauty Face Masks arrived on time :)

I can only speak with ordering beauty face masks (Hyaluronic Brighten Mask). I ordered twice from Kooding.com. Ordering from the website is easy. and shipping takes about a week. Throughout the week, i received notification, when the items have been shipped and when it should be expected to arrive. Overall, i'm happy with the items i ordered.

Awful Shopping Experience

I bought a pricey jacket which came in a different colour (not the one on the website pictures). When I contacted their customer service they told me that I cannot return my item for free (and I already paid for the shipping when ordered). Also when I asked how to return the item they ignored me and were totally helpless. I’m very disappointed in such awful shipping experience :( please don’t buy anything from them

This Store is a SCAM!! I paid for the product on 17th Jan 2024 . Got message on the above Order # and Tacking. But, till date - the Tracking cannot be done. I have sent 20 emails to their Customer Service with ScreenShots and their reply come like Bots. While the shipment was to INDONESIA, they refer to INDIA!!! I have asked for REFUND and there is NO REPLY ! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience EVER , ANYWHERE!

Horrible experience, terrible company…

Received after Christmas, returned right away, I haven’t get any refund yet, emailed them and no response.

I ordered a pair of expensive shoes and several slippers on November 28,2023, they gave estimate delivery date is between December 07-December 18, that was why I orders, because it could arrive before Christmas, I noticed on December 12 they haven’t shipped it yet, so I contacted with them by email on December 12 , they told be my delivery date is dec.7-18, so will have no problem, I told them that it is important to arrive before Christmas because it a present! Then no more answer anymore, now they told me it will arrive on December 28, it is after Christmas!!!!!!
It is a present for my daughter for Christmas, how could they do that! now I am totally screwed! I will keep you guys updated! Terrible company never ever buy from here again! I am going yo report them on my PayPal they are a scam if they don’t give me a full refund! Why I need it anymore if it arrives after Christmas?! I HAVE to buy something else immediately to replace this unable arrived presents! Nightmare! I have never had this horrible experience in my whole life, that is how bad it is!

Money been taken from my account. But no order confirmation received or products and this was weeks ago. Try emailing them no response. Money was never returned.

I am more than disappointed...

I am more than disappointed. I don't mind paying something a bit more expensive if the quality is there. The thing is, the quality is more than bad. The fabric is really bad, it doesn't even have any tag inside to inform about the material of the fabric. It's more than a cheap quality to be honest. Furthermore, there's no real mention about the taxes. I had to pay the shipping fee that was already 16$ and then, when the package was sent, I had to pay more than 45$ of taxes in order to receive it. The measures of the clothes are also incorrect, nothing that looks like the picture. I will never ever buy on the website again. Can't even send back the product in order to have a refund because firstly, we need to leave all the tags on the clothes in order to have a refund and there was literally no tags on the clothes I ordered and secondly, I will have to pay again the sending...

Incompency 101 and a Complete Waste of Time

I ordered two items on April 15th and paid the extra $16.99 for expedited shipping as I absolutely needed the items to arrive by April 21st. Realizing after I made the purchase that they take days to even ship the items, I went ahead and submitted a cancellation request prior to the shipping. I received no response from them whatsoever, instead receiving a message that my items had shipped two days later. After sending them another message about this via their contact form, email, and social medias since I could not be sure they would answer, I finally get a response out of them. Given their lack of response, I told them I was expecting a FULL refund, including shipping and that I refused to pay the $9.99 return fee as well. They didn't respond until after I messaged them TWICE, to which they doubled down and told me I would have to pay the fee. I have messaged them now twice regarding escalating the issue and they refused to respond after several messages.

On the 30th when it had more than two weeks since I had placed the order and had yet to receive it, I opened a dispute with AfterPay as KOODING could not be trusted to actually respond to open customer inquiries, even after emailing them twice, sometimes three times in a row. They doubled down and tried to claim that I refused delivery, which I did not. I even reached out to DHL to confirm such and KOODING still refused to respond to me. AfterPay helped mediate the dispute and KOODING tried to resolve the matter by refunding all but $31.99 of my transaction for shipping costs and return fee. They seriously tried to charge me $31.99 for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. After many messages and escalation, it wasn't until I said I planned to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not KOODING) agreed to give me back my $31.99. Throughout all of this KOODING refused to respond to my emails and only corresponded with AfterPay.

I would not recommend this company to anyone in fact I would strongly advise AGAINST doing your business with them unless you plan on being ripped off and continually ignored. There is some seriously shameful incompentency here and a sincere lack of care for their customers. When my package didn't arrive I should have been met with an immediate refund and customer care coming to a proper resolution, not with blame. I shouldn't have had to fight tooth and nail for something where I so clearly needed assistance and was deserving of a refund.

It looks like they have a tendency to reply to reviews on here so let me preempt that by refuting some things they said to AfterPay: I did not make false claims in my dispute against them, nor did I ever refuse delivery of any package (and I have the chat transcripts with DHL attesting to such). Yes, I was upset at first about my order not arriving when I expected it by and did try to cancel it initially, but the order simply NEVER arrived, and they tried to use my initial cancel request as a smokescreen for them simply never delivering my order. Don't let these people fool you, they don't care about you or your happiness as a customer, they literally only care about your money and will fight you tooth and nail for every single penny if they find any opportunity.

Do not give these fools any of your business. There are much better websites out there which offer similar products. You can also usually buy directly from the brand without KOODING's markup.

Thank you for your reply. So as I understand it, your shipping policy is to ignore multiple contact attempts from your customers who have not received their deliveries and then falsely accuse them of refusing delivery once it's escalated to a third party mediator. Got it.

I hope whoever is reading this can see KOODING for exactly who they are from this reply. Do NOT give these people your money. I was only able to get mine back after fighting tooth and nail and threatening to go to small claims court. You might never get yours back without doing the same. And even though I got mine back, here they are still pointing fingers at me and trying to claim everything their did was within their "shipping policy."

These people are seriously incompetent, selfish, and incredibly inconsiderate to their customers. I've said it several times already however I cannot stress it enough, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered one item and gave it the 15 day window and haven't received it .Wrote an email to the company at least 4 days ago and haven't herd a thing. If this is what they call customer service it sucks.

I wish I read these reviews

Like many others, I’m hit by an outrageous customs tax! I have ordered so many items from other shops internationally before and never had a customs tax bill so high. I am sure Kooding are benefitting from this as the customs percentage is much higher than standard. Their terms on refusal is that you pay shipping back and forth plus other hidden charges that they won’t specify that only come to light ‘once returned to warehouse’. I’m pretty sure this store should be shut down. It really is a scam. Avoid!

Bad experience - import tax!!

Bad experience. One item I paid for was not in stock, they offered to swap it for something else then invoiced me more money… I have spent over £250 on clothes with them and expedited shipping… only to find… - I was not made aware of import tax! Apparently none of their costs include tax and I now have to pay £77 in import fees which I’m going to have to find from somewhere. I don’t just have that kind of money randomly and I do not even know if I can receive my package now as I did not have this extra funds!! Help!!! This is not normal and should have been clearer before purchasing. Would like a full refund. Or help with paying these fees?! Dunno how long I have

Happy for many years

I've been shopping for few years now, and always happy with my purchase with great quality. You can't buy all these different selections anywhere with such good service. Considering it's coming from the other side of the world all the fees are within acceptable range, and as long as you follow their policy no issue at all! (Not every company is Amazon, and you have to just follow their policy, don't understand those people wanting free shipping and free return on everything)

Always a mistake shopping here

The first time I shopped here, they just forgot my order and it sat there for 6 months without being processed or shipped. I had to just cancel my order.

I gave them one more shot and I ordered many things, and almost every single item was terrible, terrible quality but priced at twice, maybe even 3 times what they were really worth. So I didn't even bother opening half my order and returned it. Not only do you have to pay for return shipping, but they also charge you a return fee. Seriously? What's a return fee? They have no shame in trying to squeeze every single dollar out of you.

And then of course, they receive my return and claim that I didn't include two of the items, so I didn't get a refund for those. Insanity. I literally just resealed the package, and somehow I "didn't include" the two items. Yeah, cause clothes just vanish into thin air. Nauseating. This website is so bent on ripping you off, it's not even funny. You will always, always have a terrible experience if you shop from here. A lot of sites like these are scams, honestly. Just fly over to Korea if you really want their styles.

In regards your first order, your order was canceled within 3 weeks of the order date per your request as one of the items was being delayed due to COVID-19 restriction and supply chain issue. We cannot find any order that took 6 months.

Regarding the return fee, you were only charged one return label fee. We are not sure what other fee you are referring to. You can clearly check this when you requested the return and the refund you received.
