Unfortunately, we had to find a new solicitor for our conveyancing due to multiple issues with the service we received. From the outset, we discovered that much of the information provided in the initial quote was inaccurate or misleading.

Compounding the situation, the solicitor assigned to our case went on an extended leave without any prior notice. During this time, we spent weeks chasing updates, with little to no response. We only received a single call from a paralegal, who was unable to assist and deferred all matters until the solicitor’s return.

We had placed our trust in this firm based on the glowing reviews we saw, but our experience was far from what was advertised. We are deeply disappointed and hope that sharing our experience will help others make more informed decisions.

Kreston’s were very professional throughout the whole process of the selling and buying of our home. They were extremely detailed on every legal point and answered our questions.

If I could rate my solicitor Dilan it would be for her communication skills ! Top marks. Every time I got impatient she was very patient with me. Whole Process took a while as every case is different but she got me through it. She was pleasant with her words and attitude.
