At the beginning when I placed my order, everything went well. After a few days, I noticed that the status of the track-and-trace didn't get updated. I contacted the customer service for checking this. They said something went wrong with the local post office. So they resent the order and then everything went well. I corresponded a few more times with the customer service and from the beginning they always replied very quickly and took the necessary actions right away

I bought a screen protector and the upgraded phone case. The screen protector came already broke, this happened during transit and was not their fault at all, but they still refunded me anyways. The case is GORGEOUS and protects my phone extremely well. It took about 3 weeks for the case to come in, but trust me it’s 100% worth it. I’m already looking at the next case I’m going to buy!

They have beautiful design, and extreme quality material. Me as a user of kult cases. I can highly recommend it. I have my case for one year now and it's still protecting my phone on EXTREME level. highly recommended 11/10 quality.

i had a few problems but the support took their time and explained everything to me. shipping was fast and the case quality is top. ill be shopping here again

I had trouble with the delivery of my cases at first. It was my fault though I had put the wrong address. But the support team at KULT stayed in contact with me the whole time and sent me replacement cases very quickly. Quality cases and quality service! Definitely will order more in the near future.

Very durable, and beautiful! It’s not bulky but still feels protected. My sister enjoyed this as a Birthday gift. One of her all time favorite cases

Kult cases are as good as they look in the ads. I was skeptical because ordering online you never know what you'll receive but I love my case. Had to wait a bit longer for shipping than expected but people need to realize that with covid shipping is messy and patience is a virtue. The case itself is well worth the money and if for any reason I need a new one I will be back!

Before ordering, I was afraid that the cases would be a bit chunky, but they were not! Perfectly fit in hand. Also received a bunch of compliments from my friends. Great stuff.

The cases are absolutely perfect. One didn't fit nicely on my phone but they immediately sent the other one which is even nicer. I will definitely continue ordering. All recommendations for Kult!

The pictures don’t do it justice. I got the shiny/glossy case and it looks amazing plus it’s durable which is a huge plus since I wanted a tough but pretty phone case. The Cosmic Jelly print is so in style & it goes along great as a statement case! I love it!!

So far, so good. It’s withstood a few drops and the case and my phone are damage free. I’ve had this case for a month or two and the design isn’t fading whatsoever, and I’ve had that issue with other cases.
