Bought cozy beige cotton shoelaces for my Reebok classic leather better with age shoes. Way better looking than the synthetic ones shoes are fitted with. Gold aglets drew a complement on the bus.

Several months to ship.
My order took several months to ship and when I reached out for customer service multiple times (just to confirm my order was being processed) they never contacted me back. I was surprised that I actually got them shipped to me at all.

laces nice/shipping not!!!
Laces are gorgeous! Only problem was shipping. I must have got lost in the shuffle. Ordered 4/6 and heard nothing again. Only after leaving several emails…. asking where order was magically the laces were on the way after a month. Beautiful laces just not good communication. Hard to reach anyone!

I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because it took about a month for my order to be received. I was thinking it was a scam because I emailed them 6days later to ask the status of my order because I did not even get a tracking number. But didn't receive no answer so I just waited and than about 2 weeks later I received an email saying your order was shipped. It took 3 week's to ship my order so I received it a week later after that email. The laces are great on my sneakers.

It Make The Customer Assume This Is A Scam And Not A Trustworthy Company. Took me half a year to get my order, at least i finally got it, granted it took me ten + emails asking where my order was, with no response. Sucks it was supposed to be a birthday present. Too little too late

Shipping takes longer than what is says on the website
The website should say that it takes weeks or months not 1-2 days in the USA for shipping. This is misleading and don’t set expectations to the customer and under deliver.

Loop King is ass! I finally got my laces but customer service is nonexistent. Took 2 months just to get my laces. I won’t order from them again.
Update: Loop King reached out to me after new management took over and made things right. Offered a free pair. They shipped my new laces out quickly. I will definitely try them again.
