Very Disappointed with Refund Policy
I cancelled my insurance policy with Ladybird before it became active. I had paid a £239 deposit, but they only refunded £95. I find this extremely unfair and disappointing. Their communication regarding refunds was unclear, and the amount retained feels excessive. I would not recommend Ladybird Insurance based on my experience.

Taken insurance out with them and it was cancelled the same day due a limited times company I owned but is dormant and asked how and why that effects my insurance whatsoever and was not given a answer that actually explained the reason,
Cancelled my insurance and charged me £150 for the cancellation fee.
Absolutely awful insurance company.

If you would like to be robbed, ripped off and hung out to dry then go ladybird
Absolutely shocking service
Policy 2 days old, asked for the most ridiculous amount of proof including photos of all sides of my car with dates and signatures
Cancelled policy without notifying me, I had paid £331 for the deposit
According to them, I am o my entitled to £90 back after cancellation fee setup and 2 days insurance
£221 for absolute stress and now left with no cover,
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs TOTAL RIP OFF, faye the manager with attempt to justify the reasons for robbery

Be aware who you go with.
Only had the policy 8 days & it doesn't start until 11th of March.
£165 for nothing.
