This thing is a total ripoff. At an original price or $369!? It’s TINY with miniature blooms. It looks like a dollar store purchase. It’s also 30% smaller than The Million Roses, which is $100 cheaper than La Fleur. much smaller and torn up the La Fleur roses look in comparison to The Million Roses. I’m incredibly disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with La Fleur Bouquets. The quality and size of the product I received were not as described on their own website, and I genuinely question the authenticity of the flower itself.
When I reached out about a return — which they advertise as “easy returns within 30 days” on the very product page I purchased from — I was met with argumentative responses and refusal to honor their own stated return policy.
To make matters worse, their listed phone number forwards to a mailbox that does not accept messages, leaving no direct way to reach anyone. This is extremely unacceptable for a product at this price point.
I am now escalating the matter to my credit card company, because businesses cannot misrepresent their products, advertise a return policy, and then leave customers stuck with something that doesn’t match the description.
Buyers beware — I would strongly reconsider purchasing from La Fleur Bouquets unless they make serious improvements in product quality, transparency, and customer service.
I ordered a Creme Peony + Rose Dôme - Limoncello arrangement for my daughter (30 yo). I wrote a little poem in the message card. However, she got a message card which is supposed for another person who was celebrating her 50th year birthday. This is such a disappointing experience. I am sure the other person was disappointed too. I emailed the company but nobody is bothered to responding to my email.
I wish I would have seen the reviews before throwing away 300.00! I will never use this company again! Please don't use this company. No refund will be given either sooooo don't ask!
Full on scam. I could not get a reply to my request for information on my order status. They do not answer the phone, and do not reply on their customer service emails. I had my CC company cancel my order due to no response.
This place is a scam!!! I'm reading how many other people suffered from the same poor customer service. I ordered my first item back in the end of April and had it scheduled to be delivered by Saturday before Mother's Day as this was an option given.i was so excited I found this place I foolishly placed another order about a week later again for the intent of delivery for Mother's Day again as they offered. My first issue is very simple. Neither shipment was received on Saturday in fact they were delivered late Monday. So that's the first problem.
Not available for Mother's Day as promised. Second issue is I used the shop app on their website. I'm not sure where the glitch was but you can see clearly the first one was to be shipped to a friends house with her address the second one was to be shipped to my house wound up with my name but somehow her address. And when I reached out they not only took forever to get back they were like well it's not our fault there was an error(but it wasn't my fault either!!!) they refused to help and that aside after I decided I was going to drive an hour away to grab them on Saturday they never arrived!! Is that also my fault??? Nope!!! They have yet to answer a phone call. You can't leave a message and they are just horrible!!!

Stay away!! Mickey Mouse operation. Spent $600 to get flowers for the office prior to Mothers Day. It was a guaranteed delivery. Waited 2 weeks to get it. No one answers the calls. The customer service phone number is someone's cell phone.

La Fleur Bouquets — Buyer beware!!
I bought the Marble Box set (Red Roses) in 2019, which was an awesome gift at the time. Returned to buy another gift (Creme Mixed Long Stems) and quality has dropped miserably since my last purchase.
Contacted La Fleur to express my dissatisfaction. I requesed return instructions and a refund. Their rep strung me along asking for pictures and what may be wrong. No response after the second email that included a comparison between my first and second order.
Providing any level of customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their list. $370 is way too much for overpriced, water-colored, Dollar Store quality flowers that are sprayed w/ street pimp perfume. Should've bought two dozen roses at COSTCO for $24.99…. Pathetic.
Even paid extra to have them delivered on Valentine’s Day and that’s the only thing they got right…
Buy at your own risk—You may get lucky. Don’t expect them to guarantee their product and definitely kiss your $$ goodbye if it’s not what you expected.

They don’t smell at all. I may as well have bought fake flowers. Also the velvet around the box it sits in came peeling so I can’t even turn it around to have the tacky logo face my wall. I would suggest Venus et Fleur for anyone interested in this type of product.
Do not use them. My daughter sent my wife an arrangement for Mother’s Day. It cost over $300 and did not arrive in time. Then when it did they looked horrible. Tried to email and call. No response. Then had to let my daughter down and tell her how bad they looked so she could try to get a refund
Update: they finally emailed back 4 days later to tell me they reviewed the photos I sent and they look great and that I should enjoy them for years to come. Great customer service.
La Fleur Bouquets is the same as La Fleur Mi Amor and is a complete rip off. This is a scam, they seem to change their name every year. Same stories, same MO. DO NOT BUY FROM LA FLEUR MI AMOR.
Ordered peonies for Valentines day for my girlfriend. Upon arrival they looked dried up, pedals falling off leaving a mess, and overall god awful. Do not buy from this company they are a scam. When I requested a refund I was met with no help at all.
Horrible customer service and flowers. My flowers arrived brittle and wilted, they will not respond to my emails , Facebook post , or Instagram messages. Pleaseeeeeee choose any company but them

I ordered a very expensive box of flowers for my wife’s birthday. When I went to check on the delivery date they told me it would not be delivered on that date. When I complained their response was to simply cancel my order. No explanation. So now I had no gift for my wife’s birthday
