I purchased a Venus et Fleur arrangement as a Mother’s Day gift for order #1020868. When it arrived, the flowers were already falling apart — petals scattered throughout the interior of the gift box and a full bloom completely detached on the lid tray. This was a defective product delivered in their own branded packaging.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos documenting all the damage. What followed was nearly a week of runaround — requests for more photos, promises to escalate to management, two full days of silence, and ultimately an offer to refund me only AFTER I return the item they never properly sent me in the first place. Mother’s Day came and went with no gift and no resolution.
For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself on luxury and life’s special moments, the product quality and customer service were an absolute disgrace. I’ve since filed a chargeback. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I paid a premium for guaranteed date delivery to send flowers to my wife's office for our 10th wedding anniversary. The flowers were not delivered during business hours. I received a notice showing delivery was attempted around 7pm — the office closes at 5pm. My wife never received her flowers.
When I called, I was told sarcastically that the *date* could be guaranteed but not the *time*. That makes no sense — if you can't guarantee delivery during business hours, you cannot guarantee the date. They knew it was an office address.
No manager called me back. I had to call again just to request a callback that still hasn't happened. There has been no meaningful attempt to fix this situation.
I paid extra for a guarantee that wasn't honored, missed a once-in-a-year milestone moment, and received nothing but a sarcastic excuse and silence from management.
**Save your money and your special occasions — go somewhere that actually delivers.**

I called to initiate a refund and guess what THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS?? WHY BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT Appears to be FRAUDULENT. I wish I had read reviews and return policy. With all the hype I was sure they'd take back product from unsatisfied clients but oh no! The worst thing I spent $500.00 on ever. I'm going to contact the BBB and any other entity that fights fraud for unassuming purchasers. What a major, luxury everlasting lie. Don't buy unless they promise to refund unsatisfied clients.

I read this review AFTER I went searching to see if my experience was a one off, hiccup, or anything that made it seem unusual: "I was so looking forward to beautiful peonies that would last for a year or more! However, upon receiving my order, I am so disappointed. The flowers arrived seemingly okay from the outside packaging, but when I opened the box, they were a mess. Petals are cracked, broken off, and look tattered. There is no way I can give these to my mom for Mother’s Day. They are so broken. The petals look like they were dried and then beaten against a cement wall." I had bought from them multiple times, to the tune of thousands of dollars and the recipients loved the arrangements. On the peonies, similar to what was described above, it was not what was expected. My wife and I drove to the local store, but it had permanently closed. We emailed and sent photos. They offered no exchange, credit, or any recourse whatsoever. They lost a repeat customer. Don't buy into their marketing. They should do much better on customer service.

Their only excuse was their “care” team makes sure every arrangement goes out properly packaged when almost every review I’ve read mentioned damaged arrangements delivered. I was a VIP client of theirs but they’ve lost a customer in me and made sure to let others know not to purchase from them. Garbage company.

Very expensive and very disappointing. I wish I’d read customer reviews ahead of ordering. I have had my arrangement just over a month and it’s already deteriorating. I’ve looked after it and customer service are not interested. They apologise but although the product is clearly sub standard they won’t entertain replacement. Dont buy from them, poor product quality and while customer service respond they do not resolve issues.

I’m sharing my experience with Venus et Fleur as a returning customer.
My first order (Large Square arrangement) was excellent! It delivered on time and in perfect condition. That experience led me to order again.
My second order (Thalia Porcelain Vase arrangement) was disappointing. The arrangement arrived with missing and broken petals, visible tears, gaps in the arrangement, glue strings on rose petals, and dye residue on the vase. Overall, the presentation appeared rushed and inconsistent with the quality I expected at this price point.
The packaging also did not seem sufficient to properly protect the arrangement during shipping, which likely contributed to its condition on arrival. The issues reflected both packaging and quality control concerns rather than normal variation in preserved flowers.
I contacted customer service requesting a replacement, but did not receive a response until several days after the holiday the arrangement was intended for. Due to the delay, I followed up requesting a refund instead, as a replacement was no longer useful. The only resolution offered was a $50 credit, which did not adequately address the issue.
This experience confirmed my decision not to order from this company again. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be aware of potential risks with packaging, consistency, and customer support, and to consider working with a local florist for more reliable communication and service. I would also recommend not focusing only on positive reviews. Take time to read negative ones as well to get a more complete picture before purchasing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust them with important occasions. They will not deliver the flowers and then they won’t even give you a refund.
I repeat, they didn’t deliver the flowers and now they won’t issue a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I spent $600 on four items from them. They left out an item worth $170. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund so we’ll see if that happens, but I think it’s ridiculous that they forgot part of my order that was so expensive. I expected more of a luxurious experience from this company due to their “fancy” advertising. Very disappointing, go to the grocery store and get flowers.

Ordered, and they arrived. As described. Flowers looks amazaing, and they are still looking like new. My Gf loves them. Venus is the only place i will get flowers from since they are the brand

Send over flowers weeks late. Damaged and not what was advertised. Refused to send a replacement. The measurements online are 10x10x12 I received 10x10x10 smooshed/damaged flower arrangement almost a month after it was ordered. The company refused to replace the arrangement or resolve the issue in any other way. This was $800 arrangement

My boyfriend first ordered from Venus et Fleur about three years ago, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. I loved my box of flowers and genuinely thought this would become a yearly tradition.
Last year, he tried to order again for my birthday, and the flowers never arrived on time. For what these arrangements cost, you would expect reliable service. Instead, it was a hassle just trying to get a refund… way more work than it should’ve been for a luxury brand.
Fast forward to this year, he attempted to order AGAIN, and this time he couldn’t even complete the purchase. Something is clearly wrong with the company, because this is not the same smooth experience we had the first time.
It’s disappointing because we really wanted to keep supporting them, but after two years in a row of failed orders and frustrating customer service, we’re officially done. We won’t be buying from Venus et Fleur again.
I bought Small Round Roses & Hydrangeas midnight berry from their recent fall collection . They appeared very beautiful online but in reality the piece I got , I cannot distinguish between roses and hydrangeas as they appear like a big purplish black ball. There is no shade variation between the two flowers . They do not appear as pretty as in picture on the website . I do understand there can be a little variation in color and flower arrangement but in this case it is really much worse .My suggestion is not to get the arrangement from midnight berry without looking at it in person. If you don't like your arrangement they will not replace it.
Moreover they delivered at a wrong address first time which I tracked from the phone message sent to me . I called customer service and also emailed them about delivery to wrong location , I also took screen shot of their delivery address .The arrangement was then delivered to me in a open bag which was left outside the garage door to deal with weather and animals . Delivery person did not even bother to ring the bell.
This arrangement was $425 which they left like that outside garage .
I wish I read their reviews on Trust Pilot and stayed away . However after this experience I not ordering for my sister's birthday which I was thinking to.

Update: The company replied and STILL LIED. My mini arrangment was sent without ANY reinforcements which led to it being tossed around during shipping. I also contacted them and attempted to dispute this order, on MULTIPLE occasions, and they still didn't care enough to rectify the issue. I sent numerous pictures also and they still didn't stand behind their product quality or offer a true resolution. Spend your hard earned money with other forever flower companies, not this one!
This company fell completely off! The quality of their products has changed and they have absolute worst customer service! I ordered a mini floral arrangement and they shipped it in a HUGE box without any protection. My item arrived with a missing petal and visible glue around the arrangement. For such a reputable brand and $150 for a 6 inch item, I expected a positive experience. Instead, I was met with poor craftsmanship and quality assurance coupled with an uncaring customer service team. Upon receipt of my item, I contacted them about the damaged order. They only offered a discount on my next order and did nothing to make it right. DO NOT order from them or you'll be highly disappointed!!!! There are way better preserved flower companies out there who actually care about their products and customers for a fraction of the price!

This company offers no refunds. They scammed my young teen daughter by sending a literal doll-sized arrangement. They don't offer refunds even when the product arrived on its side with petals falling off and steaks on the gift cards. It was $160 for something that literally belongs in a doll house.

Beyond pleased with my experience, the arrangements are beautiful. I had some issues with one arrangement delivered faulty (it’s not the business fault, the arrangements were carefully packaged professionally). Customer service immediately helped me. I’d recommend this company any day!
Ordered a set on 2/10 to have delivered by Valentine's Day. Couple days went by with no shipping notification. The order did eventually get shipped on 2/12 with promised delivery IN TIME FOR Valentine's Day. It is Currently 2/19 and the item is still "stuck" in transit.
Customer service has been terrible as well. Used both the phone number as well as the email service. NOBODY WANTS A GIFT CARD!!! Refund only for a product that never arrived on time and appears will never arrive at all. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a $400+ arrangement from them yesterday with an advertised package saying if you order be today you will receive your package before Valentine’s Day , today 30hours + after I placed my order the shipping hasn’t even updated . They falsely advertised this and the “overnight shipping”
