Poor customer service

Poor customer service. My order was not delivered and the Fedex tracking number provided showed only the label was created. I was hoping that it was a mistake so I waited. A day after the expected delivery date, I called customer service and request to cancel my order if it had not been shipped yet. Upon confirming that my order cannot be tracked, the support agent offered to give me 50% discount if I keep my order and promised that the order will be shipped out for the next day.
The following day I received an email stating my order will be delivered the following week. I called again to cancel the order since it was not as promised, which made me wary of their offer for the 50% off. This time, the support agent informed me that since the order is shipped, I cannot cancel. The agent was not honest when she told me that the delay was due to the shipper and they had not control over it. Also, when I inquired about the promised discount, they said there was no record of such promise and they will need time to investigate.
In the end, I had to request to speak to a supervisor and finally was able to get a commitment from the supervisor that my order will be cancel and the delivery will be recalled.
I have been a loyal customer and have alway purchase flower here, but looks like I will need to explore elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! their customer service is horrible- I placed an order and my coupon code for some reason wasn't applied, and the store refused to honor it because "No further modifications or cancellations can be made after placing the order, as stated in our terms of sales you had agreed to at checkout."

You got to be kidding. Puts a sour taste in my mouth for the whole brand- buy Million Roses or some other brand instead

We were not able to modify your shipping method as the item had already shipped and been delivered. We understand the delay in conversation due to the holidays and our team made a one time exception and refunded your overnight shipping cost. We do our best to make modifications when necessary but once the item is labeled and ready to ship, we are unable to change the shipping speed. We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience but we are happy that our team was able to make an exception and extend a refund for the shipping cost.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Cancelled the overnight shipping with no indication or explanation why they did. No compensation at all or explanation. Doesn't care at all about customers. No way to even leave any negative feedback on their site. Can't trust any of their reviews.

Edit after their reply (over a week after):
Thanks now for the explanation, but it still doesn't change the fact that I ordered overnight shipping so that the flowers would arrive on 12/24 Christmas Eve but the shipping label was cancelled and I received no notification (or reply from customer service) of when the package would arrive until 12/26, which is obviously after Christmas and when the flowers finally arrived.

Bumping a star for finally responding to my messages, but would really be wary of any of their reviews as it's still fairly confounding how impossible it is to leave them a poor review

Terrible Customer Service

BUYER BEWARE: terrible customer service!! Received my arrangement with broken stems and they did nothing about it when brought to their attention. Waste of $399! Husband has given me prior arrangements and I’ve never had an issue until now. Will no longer purchase from them.

Bought from them after seeing Kim K showing them off. What a scam definitely not worth the price. You can buy the same thing from other brands for 1/4th of the cost...

I placed an order for second day…

I placed an order for flowers for second day delivery, a birthday gift. Order 830449. The company that they hired for delivery lied about the delivery that they were received and that I signed for them when I was 90 miles away! I called Venus Fleur to tell them I did not get anything. They said they will open an investigation! That’s not my problem. I had to call several times. They said they will get back to me, but they didn’t. So I called the shipping company, a division of UPS. The driver hanged up the phone on the supervisor. Probably quit! Aha. ! So I called Venus et Fleur again for the 100 times to update them and they said they will open another investigation. I said I just need my damn flowers that I paid 900 $ for. Finally, they said they will replace them, but nothing shipped. They promised a replacement 2 times, but no flowers ever came. So I asked for a refund! They said no refund unless there is an investigation! Horrible customer service. I used them before, but I will never buy from them again. I will have to contact my credit card to fight the charges

As the delivery service is affiliated with UPS and they are delivered directly from our warehouse, it is not common for us to see packages go missing and we are required to file a report with UPS. I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay with the replacement. Viewing our notes, it does appear that our team was able to issue a replacement but it was requested that we refund the order instead, in which case our team did send a return label for the package. At this time with the chargeback open, our team is not able to proceed with any further action until the case is closed. We apologize again for all the inconveniences you faced with your order.

Damage from flowers

Displayed my flowers on my dresser. The chemical that’s help preserve the flowers. Stained my dresser. When I contacted Venus, the customer service did not care. They wrote me an email how to care for the flowers instead of caring for the damage they caused. You would never think flowers can stain and remove paint from a dresser.

Unfortunately, this can possibly cause marks on surfaces which is why we advise in the care instructions that are included with each arrangement, to not place the roses directly on any surfaces. Worst company ever flowers turn brown and fall off before the year and I made a mistake in buying my $500 and I call back to cancel a second after order and they told me I can’t cancel how dear they take your money that fast terrible company now I am stuck with flowers I tried to cancel before that were even made I have the picture to prove it

Buyer beware Venues…

I recently purchased roses from Venues et Fleur and was extremely disappointed. Not only were the roses overpriced, but they didn’t even last a week despite following all care instructions. To make matters worse, the packaging was flimsy and cheap, not at all reflective of the premium price tag. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality flowers. Buyer beware, this is not worth the investment.

They refused to honor a discount code they mailed me. They told me to place my order and they would refund me since the promo code wouldn’t work. After I did they refused to do it. Very unethical, I will not order again

Wouldn't replace damaged display box

Wouldn't replace damaged display box. The box was really pretty for this particular item and the item was meant to be a gift. Customer service wouldn't allow an exchange or replacement because they said the box was only for protection during transist. This is a company that largely produces gifts -- how else am I supposed to give a single rose to someone than in the box? Box had a massive dent right over the logo, would be a disgrace to give someone as a gift.

Dishonest business

I placed an order on 12/6 and it did not ship until 12/18, I paid for it to be delivered between 12/18 and 12/23.
Tracking information stated it wouldn’t arrive until 12/26. Called customer services multiple times just to receive the run around and then was offered a weak compensation. The first offer was 10% then 15% then 20% refund. They stated that a second order was shipped overnight and would arrive on time and it was never sent either. Whole company is a scam that took off because of social media. Buyer beware.

3 years later… still smell AMAZING!

I received a box of teal roses as a gift for my birthday in April 2021. It is almost 3 years later and they still look and smell AMAZING! I can’t believe how beautiful they smell after this long. Wish I could attach pictures to this review. Love them!

I ordered a large box of red roses to be delivered on my wedding anniversary date. Was just informed it will arrive a day late. When I complained they tried to buy me off for $30. Now I have no wedding anniversary gift to give. I will never buy from them again! Unacceptable!

The label was created on the 3rd and there was no updated until the 7th. Unfortunately, we are not able to control delays with UPS as they are their own courier and we ship the products the correct shipping method on the correct day to ensure proper delivery. Disappointed

I’m very disappointed I got as a present 2 arrangements like a year ago very expensive ones and all the flowers and the petals falling apart what a shame I understand after a year they flowers it’s not the same but this one’s falling apart and not only that we are talking $500 dollar’s arrangements what a shame

Totally damaged!

I received these an anonymous gift from someone, but unfortunately received the flowers totally smushed and damaged, definitely does not look like anything on their website. I reached out to them hoping they would send a new box, and they did not help at all! Said they couldn't find the order since I didn't know who purchased them, so they wouldn't do anything! Awful customer service for such an expensive product

Husband ordered online and realized…

Husband ordered online and realized immediately he made a mistake and ordered two. He called them right away and they told him they would not cancel the second order since it was already processing. Well processing an order and having the order made is two different things. I can Understand if the order was already made, but it was only processing and he called immediately. Disputed one of the orders with our cc and venus sent back their cancellation policy. Shady practice for policy’s. They also claimed that both had been delivered which they were, but after we had filed the claim and he called tried to cancel the second one. Take your business else where..they have no integrity and clearly don’t care about the customers…just orders.
