Venus et Fleur Avis 82

Bought a birthday present for my wife on January 19th. Put in the date January 19th. When I received the confirmation, it said valentines day. I called, emailed, they do absolutely nothing. Tried canceling and they won't. They literally scam people and steal their money.

The flowers/product is overpriced and the customer service is horrible. I placed an order as a gift for a friend it took over 10 days to be processed. The package arrived and the flower were jumbled inside the box/packaging and the flowers were flipped upside down… The package was not presentable and when my friend open the box it was in disarray. It’s extremely disappointing because this gift was suppose to be something special and it was quite the opposite experience and reaction when she received the gift… For the amount of money I spent I had high expectation. Sadly, it feel very short and I would never purchase anything from the business/company ever again. I do not recommend. I had to reach customer service multiple times and in the end they refuse to accommodate for the damage product. The quality of the product was not as great as anticipated and the customer service was disappointing due to their strict policy. I did not receive any assistance in order to correct the problem. I feel like if this happen to a celebrity who purchase this; they would receive better service than an average civilian… I feel bad for my friend because this gift was for a special occasion and with the state the gift was in, it took away from the surprise… I had to send multiple emails which went to spam and called twice in order for them to see the email I sent for the damage order… it’s not worth the money! Stay clear from this business!

Arguably a great product, however they do not back it up with great customer service. After two attempts to order an arrangement via their internet website and one via telephone to customer service line the order STILL has not shipped. Due to no fault of mine or my bank. Their customer service has not shipped the flowers and we have now missed the event that was the whole point behind ordering this several hundred dollar arrangement. Totally let down and dissatisfied. Going back to fresh flowers thru a local florist who can deliver as promised. Pitiful and embarrassing.

This company sent me flower that were damaged . After, I complained that they were damaged, they promised they would replace them through their claims department and never did so. This absolute ruined Valentines for my ailing grand mother, who later on passed away. Please avoid doing business with these people, they have no integrity.

Venus is my personal stop for flowers for a loved one, or any special occasion. Impossible to find roses of this quality any other place, I’ve looked. I would highly recommend Venus to anyone.

Can I leave less than one star?
I never received shipping information, they didn't ship the order until I reached out asking for shipping details, the order arrived late, AND it was delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out to customer service they replied "We are sorry to hear about this incident. The order was shipped to the address that we received when placed online. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands."

I recently placed an order through Venus, It arrived in 2 days and is gorgeous, just like in the pictures.They were packaged well and came with instructions for on going care. I also received a follow up with useful information. This isn't a cheap arrangement and isn['t for everyone, but considering how long they last, I felt it was well worth every penny I spent

These Venus Et Fleur flowers are an excellent product and it comes in the most presentable package. Roses have an extremely long fragrance life. We're very happy with our purchases and will continue to purchase regularly.

These roses are well beyond Outstanding. I was a little worried, considering that they did not arrive when they were supposed too, but after receiving them, my perception changed. High quality, exceptional product. They where just so beyond beautiful. Will definitely be buying again.

Flowers lasted less than 2 months! They began losing their color and turning white, dry, and breaking. When I contacted customer service, which was horrible. They were dismissive and have blame the customer for their subpar product. Don't waste your money!

These rose are so lovely . Far exceeded my expectations. So much tht I purchased another larger arrangement the following week.

These flowers were very beautiful. From the packaging and the shipping process, everything was perfect. The flowers also have this amazing fresh scent that stays in your presence once opening the box.

The flowers I ordered came in on time and look excellent. These are the best flowers to get for someone. They last forever and look the best.

Buyer beware, Venus et Fleur is no longer what it once was and you will most likely get an old reject arrangement like we have. They're quality is not what it once was so exercise caution when purchasing. And if you think purchasing one of the larger more expensive bouquets will safe guard you, think again.

The customer service is 2.5 stars, but the roses are 1. Considering this is supposed to be a luxury itemd the price point does reflect it, I expected better quality and service. I have both gifted and received arrangements in the past and they were phenomenal, 10/10 recommended to everyone I knew. But that is no longer the case due to recent experience, as well as some family and friends recently experiences. My father gifted my mother a large circular box as a surprise and she was over the moon. However, she noticed it looked like an older piece and was imperfect-to say the least. Although customer service sent a new arrangment, after I repeatedly reached out requiring multiple attempts, the new one was in even worse condition than the old one. The quality is gone and Venus et fleur is no longer what they once were. Save your money and try another retailer.

This place really got me out of a bind. I had forgotten my wedding anniversary until about two days before so I was stressing and rushing to find a gift. Good thing was that I had purchased from Venus Et Fleur before so I was somewhat familiar with them. I just needed to make sure they would be able delivery in that short of a notice. I contacted them and they assured me that it would be there on our anniversary day. I was so relieved and I made my purchase. They did deliver on time and my gift was amazing. Thank You so much. Will be buying from here again. Love this place.

This is a high quality store. Everything they have is extremely elegant. Any girl would love a gift from here. In was amazed by all their products. Anything from here would make a great gift.

I was gifted a gift from Venus Et Fleur and I am so in love with it. My roses are beautiful and stay beautiful. A very nice gesture from one of my friends that I'll remember forever. They're so pretty.

I decided to purchase a Venus ET Fleur gift for my wife to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary (traditionally celebrated with flowers). I wanted to treat her to something unique and felt that it would be worth the investment–it was not. Also, to make matters worse, Venus ET Fleur customer service is terrible.

Let me preface by saying this is the first time I have ever written and posted a negative review online. However, I feel obligated to share my experience with Venus ET Fleur so that others do not make the same mistake.

I bought an arrangement that comes in an acrylic case.

I received my order seven days before our anniversary. I did not want my order to be late. Attempting to be a responsible husband, I ordered it early. I wrapped my order (in the original shipped box) and stored it away for the big day–no issues at this point. I trusted the item would be in satisfactory condition, considering this is an expensive luxury gift. Little did I know I should have opened it up and inspected it in advance.

On our anniversary, my wife opens the gift; and to our surprise, the acrylic container has manufacturing defects and is damaged.

Within 36 hours, I emailed Venus ET Fleur, providing two photos highlighting the damage and defects.

Venus ET Fleur responded and said that since my report was sent over a week after my order was delivered, "it is safe to conclude that the damage took place after delivery." To assume it was my fault is terrible customer service–the scenario unfolded, as I described precisely above.

I responded and told Venus ET Fleur that I did not open the package and that the damage did not occur on my end. After not hearing anything from Venus ET Fleur for a week, I asked politely for an update. I did get a response the same day, stating that their quality control team determined that the damage "is normal and does not affect the gardenia in any way."

That is an actual quote from their customer service team. While valid, the damage does not affect the flower; one should not receive a damaged product with defects in the first place.

Venus ET Fleur might appear to be a luxury gift brand and might seem like they provide quality and beautiful products–they even state on their website that they are "committed to quality and craftsmanship," but do not let that fool you. They do NOT make luxury gifts and do NOT have quality control. I made a mistake and did not listen to other negative reviews; I hope you do not make the same mistake.

My advice–stay away. There are better companies out there that will provide a better quality product and basic customer service.
