Some of the houses didn't availability on the site so we had to send them a message. Otherwise excellent service though and amazing houses

Lovely owner
My hen do was postponed due to coronavirus but the house owner moved us to another date in peak season next year, without charging extra. Very happy!

False advertising
Would be nice if there advertising was correct.
Said sleeps up to 31 from 1,547 for the weekend.
However, there is no weekend that has that price. Also The house doesn't sleep up to 31 people. It sleeps up to 17 people and if you want more you have to book the other cottages on the land, which they charge extra for, which is not for a small amount.

Each house listing quotes a range of prices, depending on the season, length of stay and the number of guests, and as you experienced the owners respond quickly to enquiries for specific dates. We had a lovely stay
My husband and I looked at a few sites for a house for my 50th birthday. We found North Cadbury Court through Landed Houses and really enjoyed ourselves!

Easy to use, straightforward way to research options and contact properties.
Loved the fact that I could do everything online as it made it easier than having to ring loads of people. All prompt responses which implies the owners also find the website a good source of business so a mutually beneficial arrangement. Thank you for taking the hassle away.
