London Camera Exchange - Bristol Avis 

I just used LCE for both selling and buying. I sold some gear to finance the purchase of a new camera. The prices that LCE offered were competitive. They were very helpful and responsive to the questions I had. LCE’s offer was £200 more than that from another well-known name.

The purchase of a new camera went smoothly including dealing with the finance company as I wanted to spread the cost.

LCE will certainly by my first choice next time I want to buy or sell.

…one suggestion: hopefully LCE can move to using more environmentally friendly packaging …lots of foam in the very large box…. I think many dealers have now gone to paper / shredded card for packaging.

So 5 stars for the item itself, and for LCE’s customer service, but I’m knocking one off for the packaging. On one hand I feel a bit mean… on the other I do think it’s an important point.

Visited LCE today to have a look at options for Canon mirrorless cameras and asked Mark, a very welcoming and informative customer assistant, lots of questions to help me decide what was best for me as a consumer. Mark helped me pick out a great camera and really helped with making a decision. I'm looking forward to visiting again to potentially purchase some new lenses in the near future!
