A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

I was lucky to win the Pets category of…
I was lucky to win the Pets category of the LCE Photographer of the Year competition 2026 and was incredibly grateful to win a voucher to spend with them. I had to call to be able to use it online, but when I did they sorted it all out and got my lovely new Canon Prograf Pro-310 and set of inks out to me super fast.

Good Product, But Communication Needs Improving
My experience with London Camera Exchange was a bit mixed. Unfortunately, communication wasn’t great – my order was delayed and I had to reach out multiple times myself just to get updates, which was quite frustrating.
That said, once the item finally arrived, I was really happy with the product itself and it met my expectations. I also found their flexible payment options, including monthly payments, really helpful.
Overall, a decent experience, but better communication would make a big difference.

The usual brillant service from…
The usual brillant service from ordering to being updated as to its progress in the delivery as I ordered online as I was not able to get to the store in the logistics aspect. However, I have actually visited this particular store over many years now so know the service is good. This item, although secondhand, was well described and lived up to its description on arrival. I have dealt with assorted LCE branch's over the years for both new and secondhand items and not been disappointed and why I still patronise them.
