A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

I've used several branches of LCE and all are excellent
I've used several branches of LCE including Lincoln, Exeter, Taunton and London, and all have been generally excellent every time.
From initial phone advice to in-person demos and buying, their knowledge is strong and they put the customer first. Purchasing online is also easy with next day delivery being a huge bonus.

Great service for photographers
I have used LCE several times over the past few years and have always had great service. The part descriptions on their used equipment are always very accurate and delivered very quickly. The prices are competitive and the order process is easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next purchase.

Proiduct is fine but loing delay on delivery

All the bits turned up fast and intact
All the bits turned up fast and intact, and where one of the filters turned out to be out of stock, I was sent a more expensive one for the price of the one I'd actually ordered (after a phone call to confirm that this was happening and why). No complaints here.
