Great customer support
My journey with LCE started at their Oxford store where Elliot helped me figure out what lens I needed for my camera. He was helpful and then showed me the lens I wanted was available at their Manchester store. I went away and did a bit more research and decided to get the one he suggested. It's the in person aspect of this whole process that I loved the most. And the lens came super quickly and was an easy process. I'd hands down recommend them to anyone wanting to get their photography products from.

Used lens purchase
I have bought used and new from LCE over the years. This purchase was a used Sony lens. I made an offer using the message option in the used listing and it was accepted after a couple of hours - very quick indeed. Purchase was then easy via the link provided and delivery next working day by DPD. All excellent quick service as usual from LCE.

Great place to shop.
Staff were very helpful ,said they had the lens I wanted in stock paid for it and it arived next day. I have used London Camera Exchange many times and always had great service.

Amazing manchester store
The staff at the Manchester store were amazing. Provided excellent and well formed opinions on options based on my use cases allowing me to make a well informed decision.
The canon r7 i eventually brought has been superb so far and I would never have brought it without their help

I really valued the advice I was given
I really valued the advice I was given; I visited the Manchester branch three times before buying the right camera for me (not the one that I originally thought) each time getting questions answered in a friendly and understandable way; four weeks on I know that I made the right choice. I got all the information I needed, without ever feeling a pressure to rush my purchase. Adding the right lens last week was easy.
