Mail order shopping as it should be done,
After seeing an item I wished to purchase I sent the request for a link to the payment system on the Sunday, this was actioned before 9.30 on the Monday morning. Using the link made making the payment was very easy and prompt notification of the payment was emailed to me.
The member of staff I had contact with, was both knowledgeable and friendly and easily answered my questions.
The item I purchased was dispatched on the Monday and in my hands by early afternoon on the Tuesday. It was packed very securely and the packaging showed no signs of damage.

Had a Canon R7 that became inoperable during a FW update.
Staff at Manchester branch arranged return to Canon for repair and chased up if covered by warranty. Saving me cost of repair.

Pretty poor really
Pretty poor really, I have purchased numerous things and been very happy, staff great, but had to send two lenses back and had to pay £17 postage, pretty poor, I probably won’t order again because of this .
I get that but you are missing the point here, a member of your team in Norwich stated we would get the postage paid back, there is a difference , so yes it is unfortunate

It's unfortunate that you found our service to be poor. For refunds, our T&C's state "Items can be returned to a local store or returned by post. The cost of returning an item is to be borne by the customer."
