London Camera Exchange - Oxford Avis 

I brought a second hand camera through LCE Oxford the team where great answered my question made sure the camera was sent to my local branch, great customer service in general but have never had a bad experience with London camera exchange in general.

Bought a macro lense from them. Came well packed in the box. Nice and secure. Wrapped and packed in polystyrene bubbles. The lense was in great condition. No scratches or marks, like the description said. Very happy with my purchase

I have been buying pre owned photographic equipment from London Camera Exchange for many years now and usually been delighted with the condition of the goods received. My latest purchase changed all that! this time I bought a used camera which was rated as being in four star condition. In my opinion it was closer to being a minus three star camera in rather dirty condition and supplied with an American style battery charger. After a good clean the camera seems to be in working order, which is a bonus. So, all in all a rather poor buying experience and in my opinion the camera should never have been classed as a four star item.

Harrow shop was great in a way they went above and beyond.

Edgware was the opposite when in to buy a £700 I phone and they would not tell the battery percentage. Harrow did and I will not be going back to Edgware. My money goes to Harrow

I bought a used Canon 16-35 f2.8l. Very well packed, as when it arrived the box was significantly damaged but the lens was fine. The price was extremely competative and delivery was the next day. The lens was pretty much as described - there were a couple of small marks on the front glass not mentioned in the description, but these were irrelevant as they don't affect the picture. Service was all automated online, no problems at all. I would definitely use LCE again

Bought a camera from LCE and unfortunately had to return it due to a concern, but the process was handled professionally from start to finish.

They communicated well, kept me informed, and turned things around in a reasonable time. The camera has come back clean and working properly, which is the main thing.

Only minor point is a slight stiffness in the SD card door, but it’s not affecting use.

Overall, a good experience and reassuring to know their aftercare is solid.
