I called the Oxford store to discuss an advertised item, (Nikon 105mm Macro lens 2.8), was given helpful information about the product and the delivery service. I ordered on line and the item was delivered next working day, as discussed. The lens was in excellent condition. Very good experience all round.

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a used lens from this branch. It was delivered, to my home address, less than 24 hours later.
The condition of the lens completely matched the online description.
The lens and original supplied accessories were ‘as new’ but considerably cheaper.
This is typical of the service I have come to expect from LCE.

I've bought used Leica cameras and lenses over the years from LCE, and they've always been accurate with used listings. In this case, it was exactly as described – almost no signs of use, and delivery was fast. When it comes to professional cameras, they are always the ones I to go to. Thanks for all your help.

I recently purchased the Sony alpha a7 from the Oxford store online. I called the shop first to make sure the product was in good enough condition as it was a used item and the man I spoke to was very helpful and friendly which helped me make my mind up.
The product arrived exactly when expected and in the condition I was told.
The prices are amazing and the few products ive purchased from LCE have all been perfect condition.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy cameras or accessories.

I have used London Camera exchange before, so already felt confident in them. Their website is easy to use. The product details are clearly layed out and easy for an amateur to understand.
My camera was delivered using a 'signed for' delivery and arrived within a couplke of days. It was well packaged and is a nice piece of kit.

I traded in a large amount of old camera gear, and replaced it with a new body and lenses. The staff in the shop were exceptionally helpful, hugely knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with my many questions. I have been back multiple times since to buy lenses and other accessories, and each time I have been impressed yet again.
It is rare to find a shop with such thoughtful, helpful staff with such great expertise. This shop has my highest recommendation.

I was helped 'above and beyond' by Freddie today, sending me additional images of the item I was considering purchasing, and he also is trying to have delivery customised to meet my needs.

Sent the wrong lens. No response to emails. Had to open a dispute with paypal. I have bought many times from LCE and they have always been excellent. On this occasion the opposite is true.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item! A refund was arranged within hours - very good service.

Ordered late afternoon and delivered next day. Excellent sevice and the camera is in great condition, as were all the extras. Very pleased with the smooth and efficient way LCE dealt with my purchase.

Smooth process from ordering to delivery. Item was discounted and marketed as “box opened “ but the lens was still covered with the manufacturer’s protective sleeve. Very happy with my purchase.
