Avoid at all costs. Bought two dresses for a wedding 3 weeks in advance, the shipping time is displayed clearly but not the processing time. The dresses arrived a day before I needed them but the quality was poor and the fits didn’t suit me so I wanted to return. The back and forth to get the returns process is ridiculous, additional fees, repeated questions and delay tactics. I would never use this company again and do not recommend for anyone in the uk. They charge another delivery fee plus 15% extra to return two items in the same package. Utterly ridiculous and no real customer service. Given the prices of the dresses totally unacceptable, avoid!

Purchase at your own risk, they will run out the return/cancellation windows by emailing lots of followup questions, requiring pictures, etc. There is no publicly listed address to return items, and returns are only approved at their discretion. Purchase from reliable sites that have standard policies rather than these specialty online stores - i've learned my lesson!

Should have read reviews before panic buy for upcoming wedding. Dresses zips don’t do up because flowers sewn into zips, size about 3x too small, had to pay £50 to return as they are China which is not clear when you order, my parcel was returned now they are offering me £30 refund for over £300 worth of dresses. Avoid - don’t be fooled by pretty pictures - DO NOT BUY FROM THUS CHINESE COMPANY- total nightmare

0 out of 10. Awful dresses not matching picture at all. Terrible customer service. Breaking all sorts of customer rights by refusing full refunds and charging huge shipping fees even when products are completely faulty or wrong! DO NOT BUY!

If I could give 0 stars, I would - ordering from a UK domain name, I was not expecting to receive cheap rubbish from China and then be told that returns were at my own risk&expense to the USA. I'm out £600 and stuck with bad quality items. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible quality, awful customer service and zero returns policy. Chinese tat dress absolutely nothing like the photo on the website.

SCAM! Beware. Dress was awful chinese quality. Delivered late and worst still they “export” to the US through their refund process. They have you send adress that arrives from China, to the US with delivery AND TAX fees applied to you. DO NOT and I mean it DO NOT buy from these scammers.

They won’t post this review but regardless- their return policy is nonsense, they have different timelines (7 vs 14 days) on different parts of the website; they don’t tell you it’s international shipping to return and they don’t disclose the international taxes you have to pay to return. Cost me £30 to return an £80 dress which didn’t fit right and smells like fish on arrival. DO NOT USE!!!

I placed an order with Leely but then cancelled within 24hrs by email and got confirmation email back confirming my cancellation and refund. Thank you to Riley and Marin for great customer service. Refund was back in my account 6 days later.

Incorrectly sized garment which they then refused to refund. Not UK based and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.

This company uses AI to generate fake reviews. The product images are also AI-generated, and the actual items received do not match what was shown. Moreover, they do not allow returns or refunds.

I bought a dress from Leely hoping to wear to a wedding and paid £86 in total. It was absolutely awful! I would give this less than 1 star if I could. The quality was so bad it felt worse than items of Shein (and yet a lot more expensive) there were no labels or anything in the dress, and it felt really cheap and didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It had stitches that were already unthreaded and not sewn together properly. It was the worst quality, smelt weird and looked terrible. So I started the refund process which was also really poor. They kept trying to persuade me to keep the dress and not bother returning as it was complicated and will probably have logistical issues. The return also cost me a further £20 to send back! Do not buy from here, I found a lovely dress from Club London which came the next day looked lovely and felt great quality, and would have been so much easier to return if needed with a legitimate company! Learnt my lesson not to shop with non-reputable companies. Wish I had never bought anything from here, please save your money and buy elsewhere

Fraudulent company based in China!
DO NOT BUY - they don’t deliver and when you chase they give excuses like van caught fire!
If you cancel they deduct shipping/ handling fee - which is outrageous as nothing was received so a complete failure of their side of the sale and purchase.

They say 100pc refund but won’t admit it how much was deducted - so whole company is a ruse to extort money via admin cost for items they are not actually sending.

Needs a govt investigation into false businesses online - I’ve now spotted so many online platforms claiming to be based in Netherlands with a mbl number for customer service who chi isn’t real and return adrs in China!

I ordered a beautiful looking dress from this company, and because the website was a .UK one, I thought it was UK based so ordered in my usual size. The dress arrive and the sizing is entirely small in parts of the dress. I have emailed them asking to return for a refund for the price of the address and they said I can either have £7 back, a £57 voucher to purchase the same item or return at MY cost and they will consider a refund if the item is ok. The dress cost £85 so the £57 voucher doesn’t cover it and I needed the dress for this coming weekend. The company is based in China, not the UK so they are purposely misleading people. Avoid avoid avoid

Suit not as per website pictures. Makes it very hard to return goods. USA address. Royal Blue Velvet Suit size 12 ordered its more a size 6. Terrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The reviews are justified.

If I could give no stars I would, got a £96 dress from leely with postage it came it looked like a £10 cheap dress that was so small, asked for a refund they sent me an address to send back which cost another £25 to ship to America a month and a half later the joke of a dress is returned to me!!! they have faked an address to send it back to.... now they have ignored my messages!! Absolutely disgusting scam company avoid at all costs out of £120 for a £10 dress!

I ordered my wedding dress from Leely UK believing I was buying from a UK company. I only discovered afterwards that this was not the case. The branding is incredibly misleading.

The dress that arrived is of terrible quality and nothing like I expected. As a bride, I am absolutely devastated and would never wear it on my wedding day.

When I complained, I was offered just £6 to keep it or a voucher to buy another dress from the same company. The only other option was to pay to return it overseas at my own expense.

This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I feel misled, out of pocket and extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

If I could give a negative review in would. Fraudulent company operating from China despite .co.uk website. Dresses ordered are significantly different in size than what is advertised. Company refuse to accept returns, and when pushed will only allow goods to be returned to America at buyers expense. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am disgusted. I ordered 2 dresses after it claimed to be a UK company. Then I had an email saying they are shipping from abroad and it would cost too much to send one back. I replied immediately, no response and asked for my money back within 24hours. I said don’t send the items I cancel my order. All online with their policy. I have heard nothing. I am devastated as the dresses were lovley looking but I fear they are a complete scam . Still no reply. I hope you do the right thing and refund my my money.
