I am gasping.
Ordered 29th May,was told it would be shipped within 48 hours, it is now the 5th of June,have just been emailed by them saying it will shortly be shipped out.

Hi John,
You placed your order with us on Thursday, May 29th, and we wrote to you on Tuesday, June 3rd, to apologise and inform you of a slight delay in shipping your order. The delay was caused by a case of Brew York's Time Travelling Taxi being lost in transit, which should have been included in a delivery from Brew York received on the day you placed your order, and us subsequently having to liaise with the brewery to arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
The order was ultimately shipped on Thursday, the 5th of June, which was 5 working days after you placed your order.
Whilst 99% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received, we do state on our website that orders can be dispatched between 2 and 4 working days to account for any issues such as the missing Brew York case here.
Your order fell one day outside of this time frame due to circumstances that were out of our control, however, we did notify you of the delay in advance of this and explained the reason for the delay and the date that it was going to be shipped. At any point from Tuesday onwards, after you received our email, you could have contacted us to request that the missing beer be swapped for something else, cancel your order, or ask for more information.
In the circumstances, we feel that a 1* review does not accurately reflect events around this order.

Left Field Beer is my go-to place for ordering highly rated beers, particularly imperial stouts, barrel-aged varieties, and double or triple IPAs. They offer an impressive selection of exceptional beers and provide outstanding, responsive service. I also love the convenience of the Build-a-Box service. Keep up the great work!

My go to online beer source. Great selection of beers with great prices, helpful people. The website is a bit dodgy though and could do with an overhaul.

Excellent ‘build a box’ option taken and received the beers ready for a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommend these guys.

I'll start with the 1 small negative ...
I'll start with the 1 negative that they only seem to ship beer to northern Ireland on a Thursday no matter when you place an order, but I will caveat this by saying they use DHL who have it delivered by the Friday so if you're of a nervous disposition, and want the beer for a certain weekend etc. order a week early (again probably only an NI issue)
I've no other complaints. Great range, great customer service, I had 1 damaged can and it was refunded there evening. Always emailing out discount codes for bank holiday weekends etc and a preorder system for beer which is a lovely touch. A points system to rack up free credit doesn't go amiss either. Great company to deal with.

It was my first purchase from Leftfield beer.
Even though I delayed the delivery date for the day I wasn't at work. I was surprised how quickly it was dispatched after placing the order.
The beers were good, and I will be ordering again soon.
