Needed replacement feet for my patio table after losing while moving house. Contacted Leisuregrow regarding this and within 2 days I had replacements delivered. The customer service team were brilliant to deal with and would definitely use this company again.

We bought the Monte Carlo 4 seater rattan set almost 5 years ago .All our friends and family loved sitting around it ,the comfort and the style .
Unfortunately packed away last autumn for the winter and just opened to check for this season and found the table top rattan had broken .
We contacted the customer service,who were wonderful .James looked into the problem and luckly we were able to purchase just the table top ,rather than the whole set which we love so much .Delivery was arranged and delivered within 2 days .Thank you so much James and Leisuregrow Products Ltd for the great service .How many companies would go the extra mile like this company has, to please a customer ? .Just bare in mind when you buy something ,the aftersales service is very important .Not just the price you paying .

Had a small problem with the loss of a garden table parasol reducer ring. Contacted LG who responded very quickly. On giving them the exact product details, they sent a replacement part FOC!!! It arrived overnight. Well done LG!!!

Lost garden chair foot.
I lost the screw-in foot to a garden chair (part of a set) bought from LeisureGrow some eight years ago. I called about a fault with a BBQ…
I called about a fault with a BBQ bought around 18 months ago and they sent me a new part with no questions about warranty or any details beyond what was wrong. Being able to speak to a human who immediately arranged a solution is a great asset.

I have been dealing with James while deciding between a gourmet 6 burner built in or an island
Tge responsiveness and willingness to help has been excellent and a real change from most customer service experiences.

Good quality and a wide selection of toys to choose from
I have bought several petface toys for our medium size supermutt because my dog is obsessed with the squeaky inside them and find these toys are a good quality, there material doesnt pull out easily which make the toys last longer and my floor isn't covered with fur, his favourite is the duck, unfortunately jessie the giraffe stopped squeaking within 3 hours of our dog playing with it, but contacted leisuregrow which were helpful and sorted things out for me. Good customer service and would recommend petface toys to others.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Very rare in this day and age. I had an issue with outdoor garden furniture and customer service dealt with it immediately and next day I received a replacement part which I easily fitted myself. I cannot fault this company in any way. Great service, great products.
