Leisure Lakes Bikes - Daventry Avis 

Bike arrived a few days earlier than expected. The person who delivered it set it up on a rack on the drive so I could see it properly. Talked me through the main features and set the seat height… he had even brought some alternative pedals for the bike for me to look at. Excellent service.

Leisure Lakes provided an excellent service, delivered my new bike within 6 days of order ( as advised on website ) , fully set up, handed over personally ( didn’t use courier ) and ran through everything I needed to know about the bike. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent service arrived late one evening near close and was given loads of details which helped choose the new road bike within 3 days of ordering I was contacted to collect the bike. Amazing service will be sure to recommend to friends

Daventry Store - Excellent service from start to finish. They highlighted the cycle to work scheme and helped me decide on the perfect bike and accessories.

Bought many bikes over the years from LL cycles as well as many parts, and all i can say is we always wonder which person will service us in the Daventry store before we go in. This is because of the mouth and sarcasm given out when you ask a question or try to talk about your bike. Having been in retail with my family, and now deal with the public myself in my work, this is not the behaviour we should have to put up with. I have let things go in this shop for years but not i have had enough, after purchasing a bike brand new for hundreds of pounds and collecting it i found three bolts on the handlebars loose at home and the rear wheel making a loud noise coming from the rear bearings. clearly the bike had not been set up properly. when i returned to the shop for the wheel to be fixed, a staff member said to me what do you want me to do with this its a cheap wheel, i replied it comes from the bike i purchased from you and do the job right in the first place. The bike was far from cheap clearly they expect something for nothing. Don't get me wrong there are some great staff there who really know their stuff and have time to talk civil, but certain ones dont even want to be there and they should be dealt with management or leave. Does this shop really need business or not VERY RUDE SHOP

Amazing bunch of guys there, always really helpful and never pushy with trying to sell anything. This time I bought my wife a new bike for her to get back into cycling and they made her feel comfortable when choosing the right one/size. Highly recommended, top work guys!!

good site, good customer services, fast delivery.
however the disappointment on my sons face on his first ride was not ok.
every gear crunching and skiping. end of ride.
i should not have to index the gears correctly on a spankers new bike.
and if someone from leisure bikes thinks they did a good job building the bike, well think again.
