Only took 2 days to receive my bike. Ian who dealt with it was very helpful and professional.

Got a bike through a cycle-to-work scheme with them. Thought there was an issue as my voucher type didn't work online but was easily sorted by friendly and helpful staff. Bike arrived in great condition and well built

Ordered a new full face with next day delivery to get it in time for a weekend ride. Unfortunately a mix up caused it to get missed and not make the delivery van. Bummer! Daventry store gave me a call to say they had one in stock I could have if I wanted to pick it up. Perfect. Delivery charge refunded, full face collected, super gnarly weekend ride saved. Stoked af!

First class service. Ordered new bike on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered Thursday evening. The manager of my local store even delivered it personally as he is reasonably local to me.

I used Leisure Lakes click and collect service to buy my new Whyte hard tail MTB. I received a phone call from Matt, the store manager, to tell me that the first bike had been received scratched and that there would be a week’s delay, whilst another was sourced. I thought this a good sign, as many other cycle shops would try and fob you off with a slightly imperfect machine, which has happened to me before. On collection day, I drove fifty plus miles to Daventry - my nearest Leisure Lakes Bike store. I was looked after by Kane Boggis, who introduced me to my machine, fitted the extras that I needed, guided me round the areas for potential accessories, with no pushiness or hard sell. Kane also adjusted the air in my front suspension, to suit my weight and assisted me with placing my new ride in the back of my estate car for the journey home. We needed to drop the front wheel out to get the bike in, so Kane quickly nipped back into the shop, to find a plastic spacer to fit between the front disc pads, so they wouldn’t be operated with out the wheel & disc in place. Back in the shop, I was given a carrier bag containing the bike manuals, the extras that I had bought, receipts and a few muc-off freebie goodies. Kane even gave me a free rear reflector, that had been missing from the last bike I’d bought from a local dealer in Watford. I’d loved to have stopped on a bit for a good look a look and the shop, as their services and range of parts, bikes and biking apparel was far better than anything near me, but I was pushed for time, so I had to go. All in all, I was very happy with the service & attention I got at Leisure Lakes Daventry and, if I ever decide to buy a new machine, they will be my first point of call. Thank you.
