A big thanks to Leisure Lakes Newport for great customer service. I had an issue with my dropper post. They contacted Merida, who sent out a replacement dropper post. A big thank you to them also. Communication was great throughout the process.

Fabulous advice on what types of e…
Fabulous advice on what types of e bikes suit different needs. Lots of choice of bikes available either in the shop or online. My son bought his e bike and was very happy with his purchase yesterday. Staff all very pleasant and helpful and set up the bike so it was ready to go. Dave even dropped the bike off for us on his way home as a favour, so we didn't have to try and get it in the car. Thoroughly great service all round and we will definitely be back. Thanks 😊

No Joeblow🌬
Ordered new head for my 20+ year old Joe blow sport track pump as fell apart and great that you can get new parts for it.
Ordered via the click and collect and picked up after a couple of days when it had been delivered to the store.

Great experience …
Great experience very helpful and took the time to go through the settings and suspension set up with me.
Very friendly staff only downside was the bike was a day late and I’m self employed so I had to move jobs around.

A pleasure to deal with
I went to the Newport shop to collect a new ebike. The manager took me through everything patiently and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and gave lots of good tips and advice.

They were very friendly and accommodating, they were also very helpful in helping me find the perfect matched bike for me. When I had issues and needed my bike seeing too they checked it over immediately as they put their customers at priority and safety is number 1
