They give you the money but the hoops that they want you to jump through is crazy it's not like a one two three here you go and the process was very long

What I didn't like:
1. Not a single contact person. You sometimes changed the contact persons, which made me confused.
2. Late response or no reply. I often didn't have immediate responses. Sometimes I didn't get no reply until I requested again.

Working with the Lendistry team was seamless. They made the process easy to understand and guided me through every step. I really appreciated how clear and supportive they were throughout the process.

This is my second time working with Lendistry. I returned because I received excellent service the first time, but this recent experience was subpar.

After submitting my initial application, I was not contacted at all. I only received an update after I called to check status seven days later. Once the file was assigned to an associate, I was asked for supplemental information. I requested a template for business assets/collateral three times before receiving a response. In general, response times were over one day, which significantly slowed the process.

I also experienced challenges around franchise documentation. Given my prior loan history with Lendistry, I expected previously addressed items (such as signature and document questions) to be handled more efficiently. I referred the associate to our franchise attorney, but was told it was solely my responsibility to resolve and that she would not contact franchise legal directly.

At one point, I was close to giving up and working with another lender. Fortunately, the associate supervisor stepped in, took over, and the loan was processed in less than seven days.

In addition, I requested a copy of the signed loan documents after the loan is funded. The file sent to me was in the wrong format (HTML instead of PDF). I replied and asked for the correct PDF version, but I still have not received it.

I’m sharing this feedback because the service quality between team members was dramatically different, and the initial handling did not meet expectations.

Everything, the people who communicated with me did not know the documents and what they meant they asked for things that were irrelevant could not provide anything to back up their request, even on the date of closing or after the documents were signed they messed up the bank transfer account numbers even though everything was verified over the course of the loan, could not read or understand the taxes, and were asking for irrelevant information

The overall experience was smooth. The team was super responsive and answered every question.

I found that many requests were repetitive, some confusing and the process took a very long time.

But I was surprised to see $6000 reduced from the loan amount as processing fee.

Like any process, it takes time, and since it was our first time and we lacked experience, it was a bit stressful, But in the end, I think it was worth it, and we appreciate all the help provided

The tech is better than most and the customer service is prompt. The data validation process leaves a lot to be desired. It seems a preliminary review by an underwriter upon initial completion would help resolve questions that took many times to clarify with customer service but which had little (possibly no) impact on approving the underwriting process to proceed.
