Nothing worse than a late delivery. Was estimated to arrive 5 business days after purchase but it's been probably 9 now. I'm leaving for a water polo tour in a couple days and am forced to play blind unless my lenses arrives (if it ever does).

I have used this service with lenson a few times and never had any problems. Would recommend using them rather than high street optometrist

Bought daily lenses ..very affordable using groupon voucher and got a 25% off next purchase which I was delighted with this as contact lenses can be pretty pricey!
Only down point is postage quite steep.

The communications with staff was always prompt and clear. The problem however is in the ordering. You should not allow people to order stock that you do not have available. This is rather like false advertising. Then when the stock was slow to be filled the company had now way to order only part of the order. This is ridiculous and a waste of email time. If you were kind enough to offer a 10% discount due to the order being late why not instead put that savings towards a second shipment cost. Makes much more sense and something as important as contact lens would not be missed in the waiting period. Rethink your services!

Used this site for some years now never had any issues with the products and delivery charges and times are very good. Send lots of customer loyalty voucher codes too such as free delivery or volume discounts.

Refreshing to find a company that actually does what it claims to do and with such ease. Very user friendly site allowing easy ordering and management of my contact lenses.

I have used this company many times now. Recommened through Martin Lewis brill! Not only are they much cheaper but their delivery is even quicker than my local opticians who often took up to 3 weeks to take delivery of my preferred lenses.
After care service is also excellent. They were also very prompt to replace a part order that went missing due to delivery damage.
