I ordered with Lenson as the prices were cheaper than elsewhere, but it still had good reviews and seemed like a trustworthy company. I submitted my order and my lenses arrived a week later - a little longer than I had hoped, but the delivery promised was 3-5 working days, so I can't complain really!

Quite simply, Lenson was the best option I have found online to buy my lenses.

Price: for the lenses I was after, Lenson didn't offer the cheapest lenses I found, Of the roughly 15-20 companies I found online, 2 were a little cheaper (notes: 1. it was cheaper when buying several boxes at the same time, but more expensive if buying only one or two boxes; 2. I exclude Boots from this comment - if you sign up with Boots, you get 10% off Boots own branded products, which can be a pretty sweet deal if you buy a lot of those type of products). But those 2 companies had fairly poor ratings on review sites with many people complaining about lenses never arriving in the post and pretty bad customer service by the sound of it.
On the contrary, Lenson, which gives competitive prices, also offers a brilliant service (you can check any review site if you need more than my view). So that seem the best option when thinking about price + minimising chances of things going wrong.

Site: the website is easy to use and navigate. Nothing bad to say there. It's best practice.

Service: I received the right amount of communication about my order and lenses dispatch. I received my lenses as promised in every respect.

And more: after placing my first order, I received a 25% discount to use on my next order. So that will make it the cheapest lenses (for the exact type I need at least) I can get from anywhere online or in store. I'm definitely using that! :-)

I opted to buy my contact lenses from Lenson because they were fractionally cheaper than other online retailers and seemed to have a good reputation. The contact lenses arrived within a few business days, packaged in a bright orange Lenson box and exactly as per my specification. Great service, would recommend!

I had a minor issue with delivery and Lenson, particularly Noora from the customer service team communicated with me very promptly and effectively. Most trustworthy website to use for contact lenses and great deals too!

Quick processing, great value prices.

My first time ordering with Lenson - they seem to have a really good intro offer that makes the lenses very competitive, and have followed it up with a 25% offer (other than this, not particularly cheap).

Delivery took nearly 2 weeks, compared to under 24 hours with Vision Direct, so I'm not sure I'll be rushing to use Lenson again, but if you find your lenses for a good price and have enough spares, definitely a good company to use.

Excellent prices - cheaper than other contact lens websites. I had to wait 5 days for delivery though and this wasn't clear during the ordering process. Other sites tend to get the lenses out the next day and free of charge too.

My original delivery didn't arrive. I emailed Noora in customer services and within 2 minutes she had confirmed my address and resent my order. Absolutely fantastic.
