Easy to get hold of when needed, we always got good frank advice and things moved quickly when we were ready to exchange.

Nightmare. Paid them, filled out every form, then a month later I asked how we were progressing towards a completion date. They didn't know who I was at first, then told me that I was 'reassigned' to another more expensive firm weeks ago. No one told me this, and now I'm at risk of losing my buyer due to the delay. All of my signed documents say Levi's are my solicitors, so now I have to re-do absolutely everything due to these scammers.
