In a world of mediocrity, Team Wilson at Levi proved themselves to be caring, courteous and ultra professional. Lisa, Fiona and everyone there proved themselves to be an energetic team, determined to provide a top service in what is accepted to be one of the most frustrating aspects of legal work, namely conveyancing, with all the exasperation and awkwardness of having to deal with third parties et al. Worth 5 stars.

A big thank you to Team Wilson, particularly Fiona Firth for all her help with the purchase of our first home. The process took just under three months, and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend for conveyancing!

Very poor conveyancing service with Team Wilson, a lot of hidden fees (add about £500 to the quote they give you initially). They will do a bad job and then bend over backwards to cover themselves if you complain.

Expect things to go badly with this conveyancer.

They do the absolute bare minimum to pretend they give guidance, I received next to no guidance and very bad communication throughout.

Team Lancaster were great with the sale of my flat. Always quick responses and professional. Happy to explain things to me too.

Im not sure where I begin. I have been going through a purchase since February 2022.

It still isn’t complete, I have had to find a new lender due to offer expiring down to the slow and half arsed attitude of levi solicitors. I have now had to appoint a new solicitor as they’re not recognized by the new lender, which is a god send.

Throughout the whole process, it’s been “no time scale” “I’ll have a reply end of the week” “I’ll have a reply start of next week”. In reality this has been weeks and weeks on end and it’s been just a hellish of a journey. There seems to be no urgency or care to getting it complete.

Everything they send through is written in riddles, now I’m no expert and I need someone to explain it without all the jargon.

I ask for phone calls, I get an email - all which are not very friendly. The only time you can get though is if you ring, but it’s always a “he’s busy can I get him to call you back” and I never get that call.

Extra fees popping up left right and center that wasn’t in the additional quote. The search fees were £428.20, and my new solicitors have quoted me £196.60. So I guess I have been ripped of slightly there.

They a lot surprised me with leasehold fees of £500 for Deed or covenant and all the other bits, this new solicitor takes the hit in this.

I just feel that levi solicitors is a bit of a money making firm rather than a duty of care to get it done smoothly and efficiently.

I have spoke to many friends (3/4) during my process who have purchased recently, or last year and asked who I have got as my solicitors, every time I explain it’s levi solicitors, they say they had nothing but the same issues. Since this time the estate agents no longer recommend these solicitors due to the amount of poor feedback from the (I have been told).

All my friends are first time buyers and all their purchases are no chain, still taking between 4-6 months.

I would definitely look around for other solicitors as there is much better out there. You do get what you pay for, however these are so expensive and are also very very poor and feel they take on more clients than they can handle and provide a good service.

If you do use these, I hope you have a much more pleasant experience.

Competent conveyancing on our London flat purchase at a low price. 4 rather than 5 stars due to some slowness in replying to our questions. 4 is still Great according to Trustpilot - and ultimately, we are pleased with Team Lawson.

Our purchase was handled by Lisa Wilson and her team (Fiona and Clair) and we could not be more grateful for the work they've done - we felt looked after every step of the way. We instructed Levi Solicitors to help us with my husband's immigration case. We were quoted a price of between £4.5k and £6.2k which already seemed extortionate but we decided that it was worth it to be together. However, 10 days before the application was due in we were asked for another £3,600 and 5 days later we were told we had to pay another £3,600 so in total we paid almost £14k. Yes, we got the result we wanted but at a price I still have trouble not crying over. If we had been told at the outset that we would have to pay anything near that amount, we would not have bothered, we'd have found some other solution. The lawyer later apologised for charging us so much but hasn't offered us a refund. I would only recommend them to the very rich!

The buyers of my property were using this solicitors and dragged the process out way longer than necessary with little to no correspondence to the estate agents and my own solicitors. This should have been a textbook sale with no chain either end. Wouldn’t recommend

Just sold and purchased a house using Levis Solicitors, this is the 2nd time we have used this firm.
They have been great, very responsive when sending an email with enquiries.
Great communication and very professional.
I would highley recommend this firm to anyone wanting efficient and responsive service.

Fantastic team! Recently used the the Leeds office for a property sale and I could not be happier. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and helpful. Very poor communication and ignorance from my case holder. I had almost zero updates and replies for my queries and even now I'm still awaiting for reply on my email that I sent them 9weeks ago. Scandal and awfulness in terms of customer care and service. I would only recommend Levi Solicitors to people that i don't like. Avoid.

Positive experience. Used them based on recommendation from an estate agent. They were professional, communicative and their portal keeps you appraised all the way of where you are through the process. I used them for a sale, but would have no hesitation in using them for any conveyancing.

They dealt with the seller's conveyancers, who were not very good, and kept me informed all the way through.

Sometimes a bit difficult to get hold of immediately, but they would ring back within a few hours.
