Very poor service told me to get my moped fixed still waiting for them to pay me left me no money for food rent or gas and electricity and every time I talk to them its a different story

Sadie accepted my claim offered me a hire vehicle and great assistance gave me pros and cons of each option and really broke everything down I wasn’t sure of
highly recommend their services to anyone making a claim

I was hit from the back by another motorcyclist, who then rode off. I had it all on my camera and a shop camera too, LGA covered every angle of this claim, from retrieving my bike, having it repaired and stored safely. I was given a replacement bike too, very quickly. I was always kept in the loop as the investigation was underway, and was very pleased with the final outcome. Have been with LGA for 2 years so far, and have no desire to leave. 100% recommended.

Called and spoke to Tyler Sheppard yesterday who was incredible! He was so helpful and understanding and explained everything great! After going through each section he made sure we were happy with what he was writing and and made each following step really clear to understand, especially for someone who's never dealt in a claim before. My son was unfortunately involved in a motorbike accident and from the start of the process Sadie from Lancaster Gate Assistance spoke with us for about an hour, guiding us through the process, collating the details and answering any questions we had in easy to understand terms and we both felt she went above and beyond to ensure we were clear about all aspects of the procedure and the steps that are to follow. Sadie assisted us to get a hire bike for my son arranged as well as sorting out the collection and review of his damaged bike. I know this is just the start of the process but I was really impressed with the level of customer care and guidance provided in lets be honest a situation that most of us do not encounter or have to go through on a regular basis.
