Would like for you to offer more blood…
Would like for you to offer more blood tests that people may want to take advantage of for Dementia and Cancers.
There was confusion on communicating with people who had not been there before and one women waited for 2 hrs to get her second test because they forgot about her and she did not realize that so many other people who came there after her were getting their tests while she just waited.

The lady at the entrance
The lady at the entrance , put there by the Company, I suppose, to register incoming people, was very rude to a couple of customers and yelled at them.
To me, she pushed for other expensive tests that I was practically compelled to buy. She was nervous and irritated when I tried to understand why I was pushed to spend so much more. I felt very uneasy!!
However, this attitude to push for spending more has always been a staple in this company, unfortunately! Every time I went for tests, they always push for expensive more of them.
