My Mother is 80 and was a lil nervous b4 the screenings, even tho Mom has done this many tx b4. Jessica & Katam were EXTREMELY gentle, kind, patient, loving and caring w/ My Mother. I GREATLY appreciate and am TRULY thankful for their assistance in calming My Mother’s Fears. I am FOREVER grateful for the services that LIFELINE provides. Last yr OR 2 yrs ago, I found out that there were 2 nodules growing on my thyroid gland. LIFELINE caught this AND NOT My Annual Physical Examination. THANK YOU, Manager Ashley, Jessica and Katam FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK!!! You are ALL APPRECIATED more than you even know.

I was told at the day of appointment they would not perform the main test do to my history of blood clots. They gave me a phone number to call for a refund. I called twice and emailed once. They said someone would contact me for a refund but I have not received a communication from them. Not acceptable.

Receptionist was very pleasant & helpful in walking me through the pre-service questionnaire. Technicians were familiar from prior visits, pleasant & explained what they would be doing each step of the way. The entire team made me feel comfortable & confident in their proficiency.

Staff was pleasant and professional. The area used for the testing was clean and protected privacy where needed. My 4 tests were completed quickly and I was on my way.

The staff was great but the only issue I had was I had a VERY hard time trying to get on the exam tables. One tech had her table low enough for me to get on without issue but I don’t understand why all the tables are not set lower. This will deter me from doing this screening again.

My examination were performed by happy and competent employees who worked as a team helping each other get us patients through in a very efficient way.
