Was hoping for a good experience but...was shipped more expensive bulbs then I ordered which I couldn't use, now waiting for the correct order to arrive, not good for a first time customer.
My $26 light bulb is floating around somewhere. I think this is the USPS that fell down on the task but Light Bulbs, Etc. has never followed up. It'd be cheaper for me to just buy another lamp.

Light Bulbs, Etc was founded in 1987 by Robert J. Black- our owner and leader for 22 wonderful years. Bob had a talent and a passion for sales and opening his own business was his dream. Bob had been in the lighting industry for years and he knew that he could sell lighting products. It was time to make this his family business! (The family legend goes that Bob wanted to sell something everyone needed, but he didn’t want to be a toilet paper salesman, so light bulbs it was!) Our company started with two employees in a small office and warehouse. One of these employees is still with us today!
Over these last 27 years, we’ve grown to over 20 full time employees- all of whom are family members, lifelong friends and new friends we’ve made along the way. This was not by accident- we’ve been very fortunate to have family and friends with talents that helped us grow and expand our business. Electricians, stage and theatrical lighting specialists, Certified Lighting Specialists, and talented logistics, online and marketing people have made our company the great place that it is today. Sadly, Bob is no longer with us, but we honor him by maintaining his high level of customer service and his vision of our family owned business.
Being a family-owned and operated business is our pride and our passion. We love our employees and our customers- and everyone becomes a part of the Light Bulbs Etc. family when you shop with us. In fact, when you call us during operating hours, you will always speak to a live person- and chances are, you’re speaking to a member of the family! That’s a rare thing in today’s world, but in our business, it’s the personal touch that has kept us growing for these 27 years.

Walk into the light
A bit pricey, but fair as compared to other sellers of like products. Order arrived very quickly, and wrapped great, remember we're talking light bulbs. Twisted one in on the day of delivery and all is light.

Could't be better
Go chat connection to make sure that I was ordering the right bulbs. The I got them and realized I meant to get the clear rather than the frosted, Called Light Bulbs, Etc. and they gave me the option of reordering and sending the others back, or returning for exchange with no postage for reshipping. I couldn't have been happier.

Not sure which bulb I should order as there were many style. Sent an E-mail and got an answer back the same day. Ordered and received the bulb in a timely manner. Thanks for the great service.
