Great products, great serrvice. Everything is excellent quality and arrived on time and without fuss. Professional-level standard of equipment and I'm really pleased with it all. will certainly go back if I need anything else.

Took quite some time to be delivered but put that down to the very hot weather we had 🥵 and the poor delivery guys .. when we did finally receive them the lead from the plug to the first light is exceptionally short so our outside socket the first light would be half way up the wall so now we have to buy a waterproof extension lead .. I can’t comment on how they look as we still haven’t be able to put them up .. if you are thinking of buying these take into account the very short lead from the plug to the first bulb

Great product that looks awesome in the garden. My only very minor criticism was they were quite hard to untangle when received, but this was a one time issue. Would highly recommend the product and the company based on our experience so far.

I initially ordered a 7m set of the Outdoor Elite Festoon Heavy Duty LED Connectable string lights. We loved them so much we returned and ordered an additional 15m set. The effect in the garden is transformational. The service from Lighting Legends was great, simple order process. They responded quickly to my questions before we went ahead with the second order. Dispatch and delivery were quick and the lights are of good quality. Would definitely order from them again!

Great once set up. The tricky part is trying to connect to the socket as you have to mess around with your broadband to change to 2.4 and if you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s a nightmare. Luckily my neighbour is very techy and was able to offer some advice.

Amazing lights, lights up the garden enough for a pub feel. Super quality, very easy install. Make sure you have enough cable from plug socket to fist light. But extenders as needed. Would recommend these lights over anything I have ever used before

Ordered my lights back in May, didn't arrive. Chased the office, they didnt contact me. I was told they were coming in on the 10th June. Got an email on the 10th saying the stock had arrived damaged, so now could not supply until sometime in July. Offered me a refund, which I said yes too. The order was around £60.. Still no sign of my refund. Disappointing service from top to bottom.

Appalling Customer Service

I have been buying from this company for a few years now and have been really happy with their product and service. Until now. My last order was made on 30th May. I was expecting their usual promised 2 day delivery. After a couple of emails from me over the last 2 weeks they apologised for the delays. Today I had to ask for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have just had the most awful reply from one of their, so called, customer service staff. I will copy and paste the first line - ''No need for the threats, We did send an email explaining the delay which I am assuming you have not seen.'' Quoting an act of parliament that protects online purchases is not a threat, it's an instrument to facilitate a full refund for undelivered goods. I am a journalist for a well known consumer rights organisation and in all my years I have never had such an unprofessional response from any emails I've had sent. Feefo have given this company a Platinum Trust Service Award. Why? They had better take a hard, long look at their customer service practices if the want to avoid any future negative reviews. I don't like complaining or delivering bad reviews but I feel this is absolutely necessary to enable a company I once trusted to learn from these ridiculous, avoidable mistakes.

What can I say? A couple of years ago we bought some pendant lights for our gazebo and we were so impressed with them that this year we decided to add lights to the fences. It's brilliant! We have perfect lighting during the evening hours. It has made the garden so much more usable in the summer months (when we get decent weather 😊).

Had been contemplating outdoor festoon lighting for a while. Kept coming back to LL website as had great reviews on the products themselves & services.
Bit the bullet & over the past months I have purchased approximately 60 metres of lighting with the added remote control unit.
Fantastic service from communication to swift delivery. The lights themselves are superb quality & so easy to install.
Highly recommend to transform your outdoor space giving it a warm magical feeling.

Just wanted to leave a review due to the fantastic customer service I have received today. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, possibly my fault when entering the address or a computer error. Regardless John went above and beyond to suss out what had happened ,even google earthing the possible address it had gone to. And yes we found them . John even offered to send some more out if they couldn't be found !! . Fantastic. Thank you very much !!

I purchased several sets of lights for different parts of my garden. I was really pleased with how easy they were to install and they look great. I also replaced two outdoor sockets with the smart sockets. Much to my surprise they connected to the app immediately with no faffing about.

Very pleased with my purchase of festoon lights which look fabulous around my gazebo. The quality is very good and robust and gives a lovely warm light. I also purchased the remote control which is really handy and also allows the lights to be dimmed as required. 'Will definitely be purchasing some more to add to existing lights.

Brilliant product had my lights for about five years and only just had to order replacement bulbs as one has gone.Can fault tgem.

Delivered really quickly. Reasonably priced and give a beautiful glow. I had the 52m warm festoon lights. Came as 2 separate connectable sections. Easy to hang. So far they have taken a bettering with the wind and seem to be holding up ok. Just perfect my garden. Looking forward to the nicer weather to enjoy more.
