I ordered a bikini. The bottom didn’t fit, and I chose the option to exchange for a different size.
I got the return documents, all filled out by customer service. First I only received the customs documents, however since I have not returned anything out of the country, I didn’t know I was missing the courier documents. I went to the postal office, but had to return back home with the package. I sent an email to Lilja, and pretty soon I also received the package slip. Finally I got the package sent.
Now I see that the package have been in transit for a very long time, I reached out to the courier service who informed me that Lilja didn’t fill out the whole address. They are missing the street address, and only Lilja can update the address by contacting them.
However, Liljas customer service have stopped replying. Now I’m pretty sure I only have half of an expensive bikini for my vacation days. 👎🏻
The quality of the bikini is good, but I will not be buying again.

The feel of the one piece is so nice…
The feel of the one piece is so so nice. And I love the fact that I can swim or surf comfortably without anything popping out! The fit is divine, which I really appreciate as someone who struggles finding one pieces that fit my figure. For reference, I'm a 36DD, 165cm/5ft 4.5, around 70 kgs and usually wear a UK 10-12 and the size M fit me perfectly, even though I was recommended to get an L by the online sizing calculator. I will definitely order again from Lilja!

Bikini die niet insnijdt én goed blijft zitten
Ik heb een bikini gekocht van het merk liljathelabel.com en eerlijk gezegd vond ik het eerst echt heel veel geld. Volgens mij heb ik rond de €140 betaald en dan denk je: het blijft een bikini.
Maar nu snap ik de prijs wel. De kwaliteit is echt geweldig.
Ik ben bijna 50 en draag maat XL/XXL. Ik zocht een bikini die alles een beetje mooi bij elkaar houdt zonder dat het strak insnijdt of doorschijnt. Vrouwen met hetzelfde lichaamstype begrijpen precies wat ik bedoel.
Deze bikini doet dat perfect:
stevige kwaliteit stof
niet doorschijnend
hoge taille die comfortabel zit
blijft goed op zijn plek
snijdt niet in het lichaam
dubbel gevoerd en omkeerbaar
Ik ben er echt super blij mee.
En eigenlijk heb ik nog een tip voor Lilja: omdat de bikini dubbel is, hoe leuk zou het zijn als de binnenkant een andere kleur had? Dan heb je eigenlijk twee bikini’s in één.
Persoonlijk zou ik hem ook nog iets hoger uitsnijden bij de benen en aan de achterkant iets meer cheeky maken.
Ja, tegenwoordig heb je Temu en Shein, maar als je écht kwaliteit wilt en een bikini zoekt die mooi zit bij een voller lichaam, dan vind ik Lilja absoluut het geld waard.

Swimsuit I ordered is so gorgeous!!! I have had it two weeks and already atleast ten people (also random people) have told me it look's so nice. This swimsuit gives confident! Fast delivery and quality is great.

My husband got me the flora arc one piece as a gift. I specifically asked for this piece as it has good print. Upon arrival i noticed that the color is very light compared to the definition and photos. Still being optimistic I used it today and OH MY GOD soon as it touched the water you can see everything!! Its very see through. If I can return it i would but its not possible. Just heads up with this particular range model. YOU WILL BE SEEN!! I wont be using it again.

The swimsuit is beautiful and fits perfectly. I really like the adjustable straps and it feels high quality. They had much information about sizes etc on the website which helped me choose the right size. The delivery was very fast too. Overall very good experience and I would highly recommend!😊

Versicherter Versand ist aus Österreich…
Versicherter Versand ist aus Österreich selbst zu zahlen, auf das Geld kann man warten ... grade bei einem Bikini ist es eben nicht so leicht vorab die richtige Größe zu erwischen. Die Qualität ist für mich eine 5/10, die Passform ist ok. Warum man uns Ladies die eh schon mit nicht norm Größen klarkommen müssen nochmal extra ausnehmen muss werd ich nie verstehen

Wir bieten immer einen kostenlosen Umtausch an, falls du deine Artikel gegen eine andere Größe oder Passform tauschen möchtest. Wir verstehen, dass es besonders bei Swimwear schwierig sein kann, direkt beim ersten Mal die richtige Passform zu finden, da dies sehr individuell ist.
In unseren Rückgabebedingungen weisen wir klar darauf hin, dass die Kosten für den Rückversand vom Kunden getragen werden. Natürlich hoffen wir immer, dass du mit deinem Kauf zufrieden bist, aber wir verstehen auch, dass manchmal eine Rückgabe oder ein Umtausch notwendig ist. Deshalb bemühen wir uns, den Prozess so einfach und transparent wie möglich zu gestalten und dich bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Misleading Return Policy and Extremely Poor Customer Service
Delivery was fast and the products arrived neatly packaged. However, my experience with customer service afterward was extremely poor.
Before placing my order, I specifically checked the return policy. The website clearly states that prepaid return labels are available for orders from the Netherlands. However, when I initiated a return (I only returned one bikini set because it was not true to size), there was no option to generate a return label. I was forced to arrange and pay for the return myself, which resulted in very high costs.
Customer service later claimed this was because my order was shipped from a warehouse in Germany. This was never communicated to me beforehand. Despite this, I was required to return the package to Finland, increasing the costs even further. This directly contradicts the information on the website.
After multiple attempts to resolve this, customer service refused to offer any form of compensation and stated that I should have contacted them in advance—despite the fact that I had no way of knowing my order would be shipped from Germany.
Overall, this is a very disappointing experience and not what you would expect from a modern webshop with premium pricing. The return information on the website is clearly misleading, and that is a serious issue that should not be allowed.

Not suitable for larger busts
I bought a swimsuit and a bikini here and checked the website beforehand to see if they were suitable for larger busts. The website did not clearly indicate that the fit is not flattering for larger breasts.
After trying on the bikini top, I realized I didn’t need to try on the bottoms because the sizing wasn’t right. To my surprise, after returning the items I received a message saying there was a stain on the bottoms, even though I hadn’t even taken them out of the packaging.
Because of this service and the poor fit for larger busts, I would not recommend ordering here.
