We're sorry to hear that you feel our mug is smaller than the pictures. All the measurements are available online and are sold in a standard size. Apologies that this information was missed.
When you originally placed your order, the Glitter Mug had a longer delivery time stated online. This is because we were just waiting for our next shipment to be printed and dispatched. These designs have been extremely popular, so most shipments have sold out before they've arrived at our warehouse.

When you originally placed your order, this item had a slightly longer delivery time, as stated online. This is because we are just waiting for our next shipment to be printed & delivered to our warehouse.
The delivery is due on Friday afternoon, so your order will be dispatched early next week. As soon as it is on route, you'll receive an email from us which confirms your tracking details.

We're sorry to hear that the Royal Mail haven't delivered your parcel yet. Unfortunately we weren't aware of any issues with your delivery prior to this review.
When you originally placed your order, the Gold Dog Butler Display Stand had a delivery time of up to 3 weeks whilst we waited for our next shipment to arrive.
We're pleased to report that your order was dispatched 2 weeks earlier than expected on 3rd July. Your tracking details were emailed across to you when your order was dispatched, which confirm that your parcel is due to be delivered today.
A member of the Customer Services Team has emailed you today to re-confirm your tracking details over email in case you missed them.

My item arrived in good packaging
The item is of high quality so I am really pleased with it
Had to communicate with the company regarding an item I have not received and they responded within 10 minutes telling me they are awaiting their supplier to send the item to them. This was my overlooking and not their fault as it had said it when I ordered the item it would take longer, so fantastic customer service which was super quick which is rare these days !

I absolutely love my flamingo side tables. So unusual and great statement pieces while being small and unobtrusive. They also arrived 2 weeks earlier than I thought so overall a great experience with this website.

Beware of the wife

They kept in touch and gave us options which was prompt and helpful.

Wreath great value for money
Wreath great value for money, lots of blingy acorns on it.
Candles are lovely, although somewhat disappointed as I thought the banana holder was actually part of the candle. I wouldn’t have bought them if I had realised.
But do like Limited Abode products overall.

We're sorry to hear that you thought our Black Candles (Set of 2) included 2 candle holders as well. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to sell 2 candles and 2 candle holders for £13. We do also state that the candle holders aren't included on the product page & have a direct link to where you can buy them online.
