Same issue as others on here. Ordered 28th December 24 it’s now 22nd January 25! Said a 10 day delivery. Messaged them after 12 days and got no response thought that was it. Then got a dispatched notification on 14th January and of course the items have never arrived. No one answers messages so won’t be getting a refund. Total scam company

Wish I read the reviews here before ordering! Ordered a personalised keyring back in early November with a 10 day delivery timeline. It’s now Christmas week and it still hasn’t arrived, plus no communication when I’ve tried to contact them on Facebook. Terrible company - avoid

Item stated dispatched over 2 weeks ago and im still waiting for my item! Tried to contact them several times and nothing! Avoid!!!!! I will be claiming back through my bank

Item not dispatched within time-frames with no communication, no reply to multiple emails, Facebook and Instagram messages. When they stated it had been dispatched it never arrived.
Had to get a refund from my bank!
Avoid this company!

I am very happy with the product I purchased. But…… please note, the delivery time was over a week from when I received an email that the product had been dispatched. This was a surprise gift but I had to ask my friends had they received it after I hadn’t heard from them. ( This was 7 days after dispatch )
It arrived, a couple of days later. They were thrilled with it! Hence my 5 star review.
I did email the company, on two occasions, and did not receive a response.
I hope the company read my constructive criticism and understand my frustration.

Where do I even start!! It took nearly 4 weeks for 2 personalised key rings to come when at best they said 10 working days. I messaged them after the 10 working dates asking for updates but no response, I sent them 3 more messages and still no reply. Now the key rings have arrived and I ordered the double sided ones with 2 different images but they have sent me 2 keyrings with the same image on both sides. I have again messaged them and once again no response. Only thing I would say is the print and keyrings are good quality considering but still, useless company and zero customer service.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a wee dog memorial plaque on 15 September 2024 and it’s now 3 October. They’ve sent me two emails saying it’s been dispatched and I’ve received nothing, and they’re ignoring my emails. They’re dishonest thieves. A soon to be 90 year old was to be the recipient of this gift and now I have nothing to give him on his big birthday. It was only £10 but I’m going to do my utmost to get my money back and expose their dishonest practices. Im disgusted with them. My advice: Buyer beware.

3 weeks later still waiting on item. Emailed them a week ago and still no reply. Shocking service. Wouldn't recommend.

No communication, no replies to email or Facebook. Order arrive after a month and was wrong!!!
So frustrated with this company and want to warn others away..do not order!!!!

Atrocious.

Awful company. Absolutely unprofessional and thieving. Do not order here. I ordered a personalised wallet card and paid extra for Evri tacked delivery just under £5 and it took them 2 weeks to send out and with no tracking, no delivery updates and the package I received showed they paid £2.44 for it via Royal Mail. They missold Evri tracked to me and profited from charging me delivery. When I tried to contact them, I do not get a response, Facebook has an automated message.

Don’t even send the order out. Contacted them on every way possible they have on their website. They just ignore emails, you get an automated message on Facebook and they ignore Instagram too. No order and no way of getting a refund. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered a personalised dog tag on the 29th, I paid extra for first class shipping and it’s still not arrived, there is 0 customer service either just an automated message on Facebook saying they’re on leave at the moment and will respond to messages from the 13th, but this automated message is still being used as a response even couple days later

They don’t even let you track the shipping which I was expecting in the email receipt I got when ordering

Ordered a SIgn from this company on the 13th April. It still hasn’t arrived, I’ve sent 3 emails and still no reply. I wish I had read reviews on here before I had purchased. I will never ever order from this company ever again. Absolutely terrible!!

Really poor service, ordered on 13th March still not arrived take days to reply and when they do they keep sending the same message saying it will be with me anyday. Said it was posted 11 days ago - clearly lied as it was first class postage. Genuinely feel like the company is a scam

I have been waiting to 2 months for my order to arrive. It has not turned up at all. I keep messaging them all but they take days to reply. I feel there page is a scam. I'm not happy at all.

I recently ordered a door sign from Little Gifts with Love and can’t express how happy I was with the sign, that was until my husband decided to snap the fittings. Luckily for me a one quick message to the company and replacement parts were out in the post the very next day. Outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this small business to anyone. The quality and standard of the sign is beautiful too!
