I never write bad reviews especially for small companies but I have been waiting on my order for over 2 weeks, I have messaged them on Facebook, I have emailed them and no reply, I called them and was told to call the following day with no reply, it's really disappointing as I try to use small businesses when I can, sorry to say but I won't be using this business again

Recieved my keyrings at the weekend. Little gifts for Mothers day for my 2 daughters from our Grandchildren.They are absolutely gorgeous would definately recommend this company,great postage and arrived so quick,Thank you so much ,cant wait for them to open them xx

I never write reviews but wanted to make others aware of this company. I ordered personalised save the date magnets in November, hoping to send them out to friends and family with my Christmas cards in December. By the end of December they still hadn't arrived so I emailed the company and messaged on Facebook (numerous times). They never replied to me. I raised the issue with PayPal. The items were finally delivered on 17th Feb, by which point I had ordered from another company (who delivered within 1 week). I will never shop with this company again, and from now on will check trust pilot before ordering from small companies.

Nice products, quick delivery time

If I could no star I would. I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a personalised photo metal credit card, the website stated personalised order took between 1-3 days to manufacture. I paid for their upgraded 1st Class Tracked service. I received an email on the 4 days later to say my order was shipped, great service I thought. Well it has now been 7 days since I got the dispatch email and still nothing has arrived. Apparently when I queried it they said it is scheduled to be delivered in another 10 days time. Charging me £4.95 for a delivery which is taking over 2 weeks to arrive is not what I would call a 1st class service. I would advise you need to allow 20 days for your order to arrive.

What can i say, don't be in a hurry 18 days it took them to send it sent them messages and was told they had already dispatched one out which i never received and they said they would send a remake.
Just received my photo Keyring a bit smaller than i thought not good then they told me not a good pic i sent them, they should of advised me just a poor customer service.
They need to step up wont be dealing with them again

I placed personalised order but it arrived with a spelling mistake. I contacted them via email straight away but was no reply. Tried Facebook and no reply until week or more later. Company asked to send a picture.
And no more communication since. No replacement, no money, Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pair of personalised bags from here almost two months ago; it took over two weeks for them to be dispatched and then they never arrived! Tried contacting the company via email to find out what happened to my order but have never had a response - the email saying the order dispatched is the last thing I’ve heard from them. Wish I’d never ordered from this site - no items and no reply to my emails so seemingly no chance of a refund either!

If I could give them minus I would! Took weeks for a dispatch, even then it took a further week to arrive. When arrived there was a spelling mistake. I double checked and it was there error.

I would give a minus. I ordered a gift on 23rd March and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I hope it doesn't take as long to get my refund. Customer service non-existant. How they stay in business I do not know. It is a shambles

Wish I could give 0 stars! Took my money in good faith and never fulfilled the order! Claimed it was dispatched but couldn’t supply any tracking information and now just ignoring my messages!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAMMERS!!! DISGUSTING TO TAKE MONEY OFF DECENT PEOPLE!! Fake fake fake!!!

Ordered item for a birthday gift, notified had been dispatched, two weeks later nothing had arrived, no contact telephone number, emailed 3 times, no reply. Do not use them, a complete con.

This is an absolute shambles of a service I have been waiting for nearly a month and nobody is replying to me. Got a text from someone's personal number saying they were a member of staff which was not helpful as they asked me to resend picture which i done 3 times but they kept saying they didn't receive it and they have now resorted to ignoring me. I have emailed, Facebook messaged and text them but they wont help me. I haven't been given a time frame since my order last Month nor have i been offered a refund so I don't know what to do. All this for a keyring????? Never ever use this service if you want to buy a stress free gift!!!
