Brilliant quality products and the customer service is fantastic. I’ll be buying from them for years to come.

Ordered for the first time on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday but dpd had a spill in their van, Maisie was super responsive to my easily when I told her we couldn't accept the delivery in case it affected the hay I ordered and she arranged for the order to be resent out, it arrived today within 2 days, was so impressed with their customer service and speediness in dealing with my query and I now have 2 happy bunnies who have tried both the cotswold and Timothy hay and both are winners along with their herbal blend. I will definitely be ordering more from the little hay company, keep up the amazing work guys. 🙌

My bunnies love getting hay & treats from the Little Hay Co. Every order we've had is well wrapped & delivered within a couple of days from order. The Buns love the pea flakes & dandelion root and they'd sell me for a barley ring. Excellent service & excellent products.

Really pleased with the hay as it smells so fresh and is good quality - I am sure the guinea pigs will love it.
I don’t have guinea pigs myself so only look after ‘the boys’ when it’s holiday time so I’m getting excited to see them enjoy the hay.
Really like the next day delivery as you can plan to be in to receive the hay.

Ideal for new pet owners or if you fancy trying different types & a different supplier.
I buy their Cotswold Hay & have their Silky Mix Hay on subscription monthly.
Yes it is more expensive than shop bought Hay, but- its worth every penny.
Quality is excellent, super fresh & communication excellent & more importantly my Guinea Pigs absolutely love it. They also have special offers and discounts.
I honestly don't think I'd buy from anywhere else!

Love this company! The amount of hay I need to get for my Guinea pigs I needed to find a company that doesn’t charge the earth, would be dust free, offers great quality for money and is the best they can get. I can honestly say I’ve found it with this little company and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Go have a look and you won’t be disappointed!

Moved away from a different company with a terrible customer service, and I was extremely surprised by the amazing experience I have had with The Little Hay Company so far.

My hay is always delivered on time, in good packaging so it stays dry and intact. The piggies love it for both snuggling down in and eating.

The hay was delivered as expected and my Guinea pigs love it!
It was a shame the Timothy hay big box wasn’t in stock though

We cannot fault the Little Hay Co our bunnies absolutely love the hay! We have since signed up to their subscription service and it’s great.

Always arrives within a couple of days. Packaged securely.
Have sampled a few of the hay available but all my rabbits prefer and enjoy the Cotswold Sweet.
Now know what my Rabbits prefer - I will arrange to subscribe for regular deliveries - which will hopefully be a lot more convenient.
