Great hay but 10kg box is hard to pick up
Great hay, my rabbits love the Cotswold Sweet. Very quick delivery too. Have now set up a subscription.
Originally gave four stars but have edited to five stars after the positive reply I received.
I made comment about receiving very large unmoveable boxes even when I order two 5kg bundles. They still arrive in a 10kg box with one 5kg of hay loose inside it. I struggle to move the 10kg box around and I can’t store it very well.
Post reply: Thank you for your reply to my comment. I really appreciate you doing what you can to change the boxes and delivery sizes. It will make the world of difference to my monthly 10kg.
2nd reply: Well that didn’t last long! Separate boxes have gone and we’re back to a big 10kg box I can’t carry!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We have had similar feedback from other customers about this and going forward any multiple 5kg box orders will be sent as individual boxes. We thought keeping the hay all together would be better as it will mean that it all arrives together and wont have chance to get separated by the couriers, naturally we spend all day moving 10kg boxes around so the thought didn't cross our minds about just how hefty they are, we are really sorry about this and have changed our process so any future orders if you order 2 they will come as 2!

Everything arrived in perfect…
Everything arrived in perfect condition. Having the box rather than the bale is much better. Long strands, dry and perfect for my fur family. Dandelion roots are the biggest I have ever seen! Peas are a favourite for bunny, (I have to limit her) not so much for piggies, but they do eat a few. We are all extremely happy with the quality and they all enjoy eating it 😊

Great delivery / company
Great delivery / company . Hay wasn’t as great. Found it to be quite brown and not as green as I would like & buns wouldn’t touch . Gave a new brand a try but wouldn’t use again .
