Little Pim Avis 

Worth the money. My 2 y/o girl loves little pim and is able to follow the program. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this to anybody who has young children.

I bought lessons one and two to download to my phone. I was hoping to save it to my SD card so I wouldn't use all of my internal memory but that was not an option when I downloaded the lessons. When my five year old watched the videos, she lost interest almost immedately. I have tried several times to spark an interest with no luck. My daughter will quietly read for long periods of time so her attention span is fine. These videos aren't very interactive. I have since deleted the videos as they took up too much memory so it was a huge waste of money for me.

I was placing the order on-line as a Christmas gift for a family member who lives in another state. Before I knew it, the order was complete, and was automatically being shipped to my address, which was the billing address. After the product was delivered to me, I had to ship it to my family member in time for Christmas. It would have been much more convenient to have had it shipped directly to my family member. Other than this, I was pleased with my purchase.

My daughter told me of this product so I could get Spanish instruction DVDs for my granddaughters for Christmas. She told me also because they were offering a 25% discount on orders $75 and over. My order came to $74.96, 4 cents under, and they would not honor the discount.

I like their product but it took them a MONTH to ship my order! And there was no communication that this would be the case,

I got a defective book and they were very fast to send me another one. In two days I got the new one.

This was the second, complete Little Pim Spanish set that I purchased and, if it looks like my small grandkids get into it, I will likely purchase a couple more.

Please have more current status available. The package did not ship as expected. There was really no problem with how it long it took, but we like to know and be able to plan a little closer.

I was a little confused about what was actually included in the complete package and how many of our kids/grandkids can use the dvds legitimately. Your help desk was a little sketchy on that. I looked for, but did not see licensing information.

I am excited to see how our small grandchildren progress!

I think little pin is a good language program for young children. However, if I had it to do over again, I would've chosen something like Spanish rather than Mandarin. I think Mandarin is too difficult to learn at the age of my children in this manner. Spanish would've been a more suitable choice.

All four of our kids ages 13 months to 6 years love watching the Little Pim DVD's.

Very much looking forward to opening all the boxes/books/packets (again) at Christmas with my little boy!

I bought the Russian language 3pack of dvds and my 2 year old loves them. He repeats the words and he likes to watch kids on the video. I'm very happy with the purchase! Plan to buy more, to give as presents.

I love these videos. My little girl has a lung condition that requires about an hour of ohysical therapy every day. As much as I hate for her to watch tv, there's really no other way to keep her still for 30 minutes at a time. With Little Pim, I feel like she's getting educated ad entertained at the same time. A few moments in the videos are strange, but they're 98% wonderful.

We got our videos in a timely manner and put one in quickly to watch.
My children 3 and 6 years old sat and watched until I turned it off, repeating the words and phrases that they were hearing. Little Pim the panda is a hit!

The person that took my order was very helpful and made sure that all my info was correct and answered all my questions with care

Amazing program! My kids love this CD. It is fun and interesting. I would like to have more courses.

I am very pleased with this company. I accidentally ordered the "downloaded" files instead of the DVDs and they corrected it for me without a problem.

I was having trouble using multiple coupon codes to make my purchase. I emailed customer service with the problem I was having. I received a response the next business day and the issue was resolved. Thank you Little Pim Customer Service.

I have contacted customer service twice since ive been a customer. Both times my issues were resolved very quickly and I was left satisfied and very happy with how it all worked out.

this was a very simple process. I ordered 3 sets and received everything in a timely manner. These will be Christmas gifts so timing was an issue.

when I called to order little Pim the gentleman was so nice! I asked a lot of questions and he was very patience and very helpful! I have not received it yet because I just ordered it! But the service I got over the phone was wonderful so thank you !!
