Little Pim Avis 

The videos and flash cards are engaging and have my kids (ages 6, 3, and 1) pointing to objects around the house and speaking their "new language" (German). I feel confident that when we visit Germany next year that they will understand more of what is going on around them, and will be able to communicate in basic ways. My husband and I are also getting a refresher!
Customer service is great- at first our flashcards came half German and half French- and they quickly send us a new set.

I enjoy the wide selection. I got the Portuguese language set and my daughter likes it, but she wished there was a CD with songs in the language that are common to the english language.

My daughter loves Little Pim! Not only is this great stuff but the customer service rocks. They accidentally sent a French set of flashcards and rushed the spanish replacement set, no questions asked!

I ordered two DVDs for my granddaughter. I mistakenly ordered the wrong items, so called and everything was taken care of by an very nice gentleman. He fixed my order… I received what I wanted.. All was good. It really means a lot to have such a friendly person on the other end of the line...

I purchased three of your DVDs for Mandarin since my son has been learning Mandarin for almost 2 yrs now. I was a little disappointed when watching that the pronunciation is very Beijing and the simplified characters are used. Since there are differences in Mandarin, it should have been noted online. I have my son with mostly Taiwan teachers who do not have the Beijing "accent" and so there can be these discrepancies in a young children's learning.

I also found that shopping for each DVD from not a "beginner" standpoint to be not that shopping-friendly. There was not as much info regarding each DVD's content other than word used for "playtime" or words used "In the house." These are very broad descriptions and perhaps a small list of vocabulary words for each DVD would be more useful.

Overall this is definitely not recommended for children over 4. They do not keep them engaged.

Unfortunately, we did not like this product at all. The cartoon like figures are just not interesting enough to hold my daughter's attention. She had taken Chinese in PK so the language was not the problem. I' m afraid it was a waste of money.

It's the only show they will watch front to back. When showing the credits, they both say "Oh No" and require "More". We are raising them bilingual and are using the German tapes to reinforce Germany at this stage. I have recommended Little Pim to many of my friends with little kids. I only wish the German language series would be available through the ITunes store as well for easy download onto the iPad.

You will not receive all the items you order and are told you ordered wrong. That's their policy. The videos are from the 80 's and the subtitles are not always correct. They charge a lot for outdated videos and poor customer service. My child does like the videos for a few minutes , that's the only positive I get from this company and at 1 yr has already spoken some words

Little Pim. Seriously. Little Pim relates with kids. Its modern to the things around them. That little panda is like a friend my kids are excited to see everyday. They interact with the program better than any other we've tried.

I ordered these videos for my 5 and 7 year old children. The videos are not clear and it is hard to tell what item/subject they are giving the Spanish word for. They left my 5 year old constantly asking "what are they talking about." When I called to see about returning the videos they were not that nice and I was going to have to pay for shipping. So overall I would not recommend this product!!
