Very poor site I would not recommend to anyone join them, as I play casino games for fun but on there platform there are 0 returns so they should look into there game fairness instead they keep drinking the funds so not worth it, just glad I left early as there are much better platforms out there with actually game fairness and more fun💪 I'd like to further add I've used yer site for a long time and I can't tell there is no game fairness and like what everyone else is saying on here but don't choose to listen and continue losing customers

Been with them a year. Got a £10 a month limit so I can BET RESPONSIBLY. Won £40 this afternoon, tried to withdraw £30 and keep the £10 for football tonight. Withdrawal wasn't going through declined 3 times, so I spoke to them on live chat, I said to them why, they then sent me to try chase some other company called trustly! By the way dont use this method as they said withdrawing problems happen all the time. I said to them id prefer the £30 in my bank, as i dont want to spend that, i just want to use the £10 for football tonight! Somehow, do not ask why, they decided to self exclude me for 6 months. I have had the site for a year spent £10 probz each month, the moment I win and want to withdraw, they self exclude me. Pardon. As I said to the woman over the phone, my spending limit is £10 a month, i cannot physically go over that, i can't be much more responsible than that. Me also asking you to withdraw the £30 in my account is also responsible. Oh and guess what now they've closed me account i dont even have access to the £40 winnings I've been told to email them which is 48 hours replies. What an absolute joke of a company!

I managed a small win of €66 euros which wasn't credited to my account. I raised a query with the online support...what a disaster. The only they didn't ask as yet was what I had for breakfast. I don't complain about losing but I hate being cheated

Worst company out there
Worst company out there, played slots at high stakes no bonuses and when you do it's the same pole minimal bonus if your from the UK stay well clear as they use the same number random generated bull**** that most companies use and there's no such thing it's a computer that's programmed for win lose, the return to odds are absolute terrible avoid at all costs.

Money taken from account, went on chat and when I asked about this they disabled my account instantly, so am contacting the bank and putting a fraud claim forward and will also be complaining to the gambling commission

Stay clear of this joke of a bookie. I signed up choosing the bet £10 get £30 in free bets offer. I received my free bets, placed £20 worth then when trying to place the remaining £10 of the free bets a few days later I was unable to as my stake size had been restricted to below the free bet size. Live chat were no help. Absolute joke and having read other reviews I'm glad I found out what an awful bookie this sooner rather than later.

Avoid casino games
Just came across this because i play a lot of slots on different casinos& these slots do feel extremely rigged. So i had to check the reviews& a lot of people saying the same thing.
I know they say theyve been tested for fairness. But ive seen so many casinos that you could spin for hours and would never get a bonus round and if you do, your not making more than 10x your stake. Its a shame because the sports section isnt bad. Just avoid the vegas area

Fixed to lose
The roulette crashes it doesn't spin and always loses.
It does first spin ok then any after it crashed.
Made a complaint they said nothing wrong even though tried on multiple devices.
Do not play the games on their site. They are conning your money and do.not care
The response is deleted all. I've done it on 3 devices. Still have same problem. Never had a problem with any other sites.
You just take the money and I don't see the wheel spin. I have to come out the game to see my balance is lower.
The thong is I've tried at least 25 times and it's also a loser

Awful. New customer offer is an absolute scam. Followed the instructions to the letter. When to pick the offer and it was locked out so you couldn't use it!. Tried to speak to someone and it's an automated service only and soon found myself in a loop.
