This is a completely unprompted review and not off the back of any wins! I have won and lost here as normal at any casino. Genuinely shocked at the bad reviews. This is my favourite casino - and I play at many! They reward loyalty and I absolutely love that. Love the platform, never any issues. Great free to play ganes too! Withdrawals are super quick, never any issues. The only minor quibble I have is the support, I've found them less than helpful at times. One other thing, the game Bppk of Dead - Livescore is rhe only casino Im aware of that has a minimum bet of 10c on this game, it should be 1c. I've pointed this out to support to no avail. Otherwise, I love this casino.

I opened an account with these people as a friend told me of a fun free-to-play football game. £10 deposited, away I went - and it gave birth to a little WhatsApp community of friends, miles apart from each other, posting daily updates on who we got - plus the Friday cliffhanger of what stake we were awarded.

I placed a total of 9 bets in 3 years, using up my £10 deposit and "investing" my winnings from the free-to-play. Then, out of the blue, I was informed that my account had been reviewed and I could no longer take part in these promotions (but I was still welcome to bet.....).

Following a Subject Access Request I have been informed that my betting profile is unsuitable for their business. I can only assume that I was seen as not gambling enough of my money to deserve a silly little 10p-per-goal game. It would have been useful to be warned "You need to spend £X by XX/XX or you lose the perks". Instead I was left feeling like I'd broken some rule and our little community is no more.

Shame.

This is one of the worse betting site out there I they let my depst over 1200 pound and my account was verified aswell I won some back then they wanted selfies I'd the lot I sentg them all above plus my driving licence aswell and they said it was not good enough they still have my 225 pound which they could just senx it to me and close the account aswell I may have to take more action here anybody reazding this should stay well clear of this betting site Lynne Gilroy I already have and I didn't get any satisfaction and for your response to my review yous all say the same thing sorry contact our customer service team that does not cut it I seeking some legal advice I no it's only 225 pounds its the principle of matter you let me deposit over 1000 pounds then when I'm winning some back you pull this with the verifie my account which my account was already verified so how come your team let me withdraw £250 pound then and now I can't look at the records with that then I already provided my passport and driving licence which are legal binding so I'm not doing anymore this site is terrible forget your review I'm seeking legal advice now and don't want your excuses and I don't care about your customer care aswell

I initially left these guys five stars but sorry after my experience after winning a few times they blocked my account. They won’t let me log back in and every time I try and get back into my account they say that I failed security when I don’t fail security because I answer all the questions correctly and they literally before I can even respond that they close the chat. It happened three times so clearly they don’t want me betting on there because I’ve won a few times absolutely appalling you only want people on your site they continually lose. You don’t want people on your site that win. And don’t reach out to me to try and make it right cause I won’t gamble on your site anymore. Always played on this app have won quite a few times, however, I feel like the app has changed, you now have to deposit so much before you can withdraw all of your winnings, its all based on your net deposit, I have paid quite a lot of money over these last few months and won nothing, always play the same game, 4 lucky charms, im really disappointed in this app now and im going to delete my account, its just not the same now, and may I add, they have now disabled my account because of this review! Disappointing - I have used this site for a few years now as well as sister site Virginbet. Really enjoyed my time on both, however recently on both I have lost all access to bonuses with no clear reason as to why and no way to find out, I doubt I will continue to use them in future.

Send emails that are out of date. Don't reply to emails.
Then send you a survey relating to the email they did not reply to.
Then don't reply when you ask why they haven't replied.
If you want decent Customer service go elsewhere.

Well my experience so far has been really good seems fair casino withdrawals straight in my bank less than 5 minutes and in thank you.

I have had a betfair.com account for 14 years i have had a bwin account for 11 years 100% fixed roulette i will close my account and never gamble with this company anymore honestly currupt roulette.

Signed up to livescore bet with the offer on the England V Norway game, deposited £10 as that was required and did the qualifying bet. Only to get an email afew days later telling me that they'd made a mistake and wasn't going to pay out to everyone that put the bet on... not only did I open up an account with these (which I don't usually do) I deposited money and used my card details online (which I rarely ever do) I've used the app to track football scores for about 15 years now.. but this betting app needs to be shut down, it's a farce and close to illegal imo.

When I contacted customer support to report what I assumed was a technical glitch, I was told that according to their terms and conditions, a prize is not guaranteed.

Leaving a customer with absolutely nothing feels incredibly misleading and results in a highly negative experience.

I am writing this review so that other current users and potential new users are fully aware that this can happen. Don't be taken by surprise like I was—just because you earn or are granted a "Mega Box," it doesn't mean there is anything at all inside it.
