I opted in to use the 2UP bet £10 get a £10 free bet & used it for 4 weeks on the bounce.

Now suddenly they didn't give me my free bet & when i questioned it they said i haven't opted in, when i checked the page the opt in button wasn't visible as I opted in previously.

Then suddenly it reappeared.

Shocking.

Phone number for £50 bonus I spoke to the guy for a few minutes liked they asked me 2 then tried to sign into my account disabled.
Stay away from here and virgin bet same company same shitty results

Offered a welcome offer of £30 in bets when I deposited £10 and made a bet. Cashed out and they said the small print didn’t allow cash outs for welcome offer. Fair enough, so I deposited another £10 and made legitimate bet and the offers came in. Used one offer then they restricted me from using the £25 free bets still available by saying ‘maximum stake value exceeded’. Contacted them and they couldn’t give a reason. Total scam. Needs to be reported.

Response to question; yes invest in better customer service agents and try to behave in a decent, humane and responsible manner. The way you treat your customers verges on abhorrent and disgusting. As a company you should look at yourselves in the mirror very hard; I would be surprised if you last another 12 months unless you change currenct business practices towards customers

A dodgy site with disgusting business practices. They restricted my account for some reason and then say they cannot provide me with a reason. Funny that this happened after I placed a bet on the Superbowl. I was enticed by the free bet so thought if I lose at least I get another chance. No; I placed the bet on the 8th of Feb and found on the 10th that a decision had been made on the 9th (just after the Superbowl) to restrict my account to a point that I could no longer place bets. Luring people with free bets for a huge event to quietly restrict their account. I reckon I'm not the only one. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid like the plague.

Livescore bet is not as user friendly as the big betting platforms. They’re happy taking your money while ever you’re losing, as soon as you win a few bets they stop you putting sportsbook bets on and say you can still use the slots. They’re customer service is terrible, typical parasitic naff bookmaker.

Seems like a good site with minimal promotions, withdrawals are fast, never needed to use the customer service at all. Good selection of games.

After the (long tedious) process of signing up, was restricted after placing one (winning) bet, refused to let me withdraw my money until threatened legal consequences, bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs.

Pathetic company. All they want is people doing 10 fold accas and losing money. Had my account closed overnight for absolutely no reason and will not give explanation as to why either. Another bookies who hate people winning.

They have stopped me using free bets and promotions just because i was not profitatable enough for them, when i asked for the reason for tge ban they said they didn’t need to tell me. Terrible
