Needed to correct a mistake on the certificate, and check some other details. Got through to a very friendly agent (Danielle) who quickly dealt with the enquiry and made the required changes. New certificate issued within minutes of the call ending.

Superb service.
I normally only leave a 5* review if i get more than i would expect from a service.
We have 2 Salary Sacrifice cars with work. One with long range, one with short range. I needed to use the long range one but I wasnt sure if I would be covered as only one of us had business insurance.
I spoke to Lauren Halsall and my initial expectations were that I would be told 'Yes, good to go' or 'No, sadly not' and I would need to make alternative arrangements.
Lauren looked into it and added business cover on to cover both drivers and then did this on our other car too. Completely exceeded my expectations! So 5 *'s all round. Thank you
