I normally won't use online banking but with current situation I have no choice. I was unable to login called for help 2 customer service assistants got me to be able to login very grateful. They were very calm and helpful.

Just useless
I order some pills from UK lloyds online and it was in stock. Then Lloyds called me after and said they do not have any.
Next time I ordered diabetes glucose strips and they sent me wrong item.
The worst online services I have used.
Please close online prescription services to stop stressing people
i got response from LLoyds
"I have looked into order 18182115 and I have investigated this with the pharmacy team and they have confirmed that both items on the order were issued. Unfortunately we were not able to issue the exact brand stated on the order however the testing strips that were sent were compatible with the device you have. Lloyds Pharmacy Online cannot guarantee that we will be able to send the brand requested on the order. We apologise for any inconvenience cause by this."

the item you sent is not compatible and it was confirmed with my GP. so i am very sorry for your poor professionalism.

Do not, under any circumstances deal with this company! They take no responsibility for the products they list and enable their suppliers to sell absolute junk for hundreds of dollars with zero protection afforded to the consumer.
Their own customer relations officer told me they would not purchase from the website without inspecting the goods first, presumably because the risk of purchasing worthless goods on there is extremely high.
