I dont trust this company...I called for a locksmith to Swart Locksmith and Locksub somehow got involved and sent a locksmith who installed a safety lock poorly - I paid 700 pounds for lock and keys only for it to break - when I called them to fix - they were not reachable - multiple emails bounced and calls unreturned - Swart sent another locksmth who charged me again 600 pounds and put in a subpar lock promising to replace only to disappear again - shoddy and shady - dont give them your money

Rogue trader... real con men!!! Don't use...

I am not impressed.

I hired this company to replace the lock on my garage as the keys had gone missing. I was told it would be £60 and £20 for the new lock.

Please tell me why I was charged £302.

To top it off, the locksmith broke the pulley system for the garage door. Something which I will now need to get fixed, also.

Utterly ridiculous.

Extremely frustrated as I had high hopes for this company.

Really happy with my experience with Locksub! My key snapped in my front door and I was unable to enter. I called Locksub and a locksmith was out to me surprisingly quickly to fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful. Won’t be using any other locksmith, would definitely recommend Locksub in the whitton area!

DISGRACEFUL! Con pricing.
- Booked in job - was told its £59 callout.
- Locksmith arrived and said it's a big job with drilling etc. so would be £280+ Vat
- Once done saw he'd put in a £20 deadlock & used an old hole - no drilling!
- Job took 35 min
- Charged £140 labour OVER the callout charge
Charged £136 for parts that costs retail £20!

When called they hung up and then subsequently ignored all emails and blocked further calls.
Also never sent VAT invoice - so unfortunately until they can communicate and settle this, payment will have to be pending....

We had a very good experience with LockSub, called and booked a locksmith last night and received a confirmation text right away. James was at our door in around 20 minutes and opened our back door without any fuss or damage. Impressive service and would recommend.

Professional folks for locksmith service

They were timely, professional, and reasonably priced. My front door latch had become stuck in the closed position. We were unable to delete it. I called the locksmith, and they arrived that night. The lock was quickly removed and replaced. I needed them for the second time. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I was disgusted by the way I was treated. I called out their Bath office with a problem with a uPVC door. Their locksmith arrived promptly and informed me that I need a new gearbox. This would cost £400 and the whole repair would be £600. I must assume that they did not want the job and we're happy with the £59 call out charge for a 15 min visit without having to open the toolbox. I bought a new assembly from Screwfix for under £100 and did the job myself. With experience it would take around 2 hours.

I have written a several times to the so called director of this absolutely disgusting company and tried to phone him. He will not respond at all regarding the extortionate prices he charges people for work. He asked Trustpilot for further information and this was submitted to him. Everything is done to obstruct complaints in the hope you will just give up. Having contacted Citizens Advice they agree that the price charged was way too high under the unreasonable pricing act. As he won’t respond we are now going to trading standards to complain. He advertises under one name and uses another company name to bill you, nothing more than than a total ripoff!!!! He quotes low prices and bills outrageous high!! Well we’ll Gary , it’s too much of a coincidence that my review listing all your company faults suddenly has rave reviews saying the opposite… pull the other one, still no guts to call me

Disgusting service - this company charged me for new locks and door mechanism, then weren’t interested when it broke after six months. Turns out door still had original locks and mechanism. So I paid £279 for nothing. They said speak to person they outsourced the job to, not them, even though I paid locksub.
They then blocked my mobile so I couldn’t speak to them - I will be contacting trading standards
