In response to my very elderly neighbour's pleas for help (she had closed her front door behind her when leaving the house having left the keys in the lock indoors), I contacted LockSub. Chloe Hooker managed the call and was excellent, very reassuring and upon request gave a ballpark estimate of costs, stating that the locksmith (Jason Meaden) would be on site within the hour. Jason arrived within 20 minutes and took but seconds to expertly get the front door open, no fuss, no damage. Jason was instantly likeable, very courteous with a lovely sense of humour, professional throughout. He made an inconvenient circumstance pleasurable through his personable ways. Our thanks to all. Highly recommended.

Absolute Rip off, a member of staff locked himself out. Engineer arrived and replaced the latch which is £25 from B&Q and a cylinder not worth £15. Charged staggering £304.80

Excellent service, Richard showed me the part that needed to be replaced realigned the door at a very reasonable price, compared to what I had been quoted before. Richard's approach was very professional and he had really good customer service skills. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

I was locked out, late at night so they said cost was higher but I didn't expect it to be so much

Chloe answered my very distressed call for a locksmith, she was so calming and arranged assistance immediately, when Matt got to me in such short time i was relieved, my puppy had been locked in for almost an hour by that point. matt was so understanding and done his best not to make noise and scare my puppy
I really cannot thank you guys enough, another company i spoke with wanted to charge me a ridiculous sum and put the phone down on me because I was so distressed at the entire situation.

A little more than i expected but a job well done and a warranty, i cant fault the service

My husband who is ill had an accident and I could not get into the property, the locksmith was very quick to respond, got me in the house very quickly, explained everything to me and I thought the cost was very good
